Conveniently close to downtown Chattanooga, this home is located in historic Rossville, GA, three blocks from the old Peerless Woolen Mill. This renovated former mill workers house features quaint furnishings, updated appliances, a play room, and a fenced in backyard. Nearby grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and the famous John Ross House are all within walking distance from the house. With a backyard perfect for kids and dogs to play, this house is sure to foster good memories.

The cozy living room has ample seating, a large smart TV with cable television, and comfortable furnishings. The updated eat-in kitchen features all the modern appliances needed to prepare delicious vacation meals for the group. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher to make your vacation less about washing dishes and more about having fun. A sliding glass door located off the kitchen goes out onto the back porch and fenced backyard. Be sure to take advantage of this space for dining alfresco on warm summer nights.

Each bedroom has been beautifully outfitted with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features plenty of space and a TV. Kids will love the bunkroom that features a TV with a Nintendo gaming system with classic games like Legends of Zelda and Super Mario Cart.
Please note that the bunkroom is connected to the kitchen and does not have doors.

This house is very comfortable and quaint inside and a convenient location to many of Chattanooga’s biggest attractions. Rossville was brought to life by Peerless Woolen Mills, which is no longer a working mill, but it was founded in 1905 as the primary manufacturer of blankets for the armed forces during World War II. By the 1950s it was the world’s largest single-unit mill. This mill turned Rossville into a thriving community for the mill worker families. Now a modest quiet neighborhood, guests are sure to enjoy their stay and all that Chattanooga has to offer.

THINGS TO KNOW


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
