Welcome to Cooper's Cove!

Come and stay at this newly updated, private 3BR/3BA 2 story home located in the quiet community of Seatown in west end Panama City Beach.

Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short 10 minute drive to Pier Park and other popular Panama City Beach attractions. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa (comfortably sleeps 10). The upper balcony connects to the front bedroom. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a table set for 4. A washer and dryer are located in the master bathroom and available for use during your stay. There are smart TVs in each of the bedrooms and living room along with free WiFi access. The house has a private backyard area with gazebo seating and grill (gas and charcoal) access. There is plenty of parking available with 2 driveways to comfortably accommodate guests.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed staying at Summer Breeze. The house is beautiful just like it shows in the pictures. Our only complaint would be the mattresses are not comfortable. It's close to many restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again.

Can't beat a short walk to the beach!

My friends and I did a short Memorial Weekend beach trip. We wanted to stay close to PCB. The place was incredible for the location and size. We only had 3 people, but it could easily fit 3 couples and some kids. Nate was very responsive when we had a minor issue where the door lock needed new batteries.

Awesome Location

This property is an excellent choice for our party of three couples. Each had their own full bathroom attached to their bedroom. Accommodations were exactly as pictured in photos. The host was responsive and check in/out instructions were easy. Location has great walk ability to beach and restaurants. Neighborhood is super nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for future stays.

Awesome house and shorter walk to beach than expected!

Loved the property. Pretty landscaping, lovely house inside and out. It had a perfect beach vibe. Would most definitely stay here again! Awesome to have the grocery store right there and as mentioned in title, the beach is closer than it looks in listing which is AWESOME.

Beds were kind of hard, the A/C limitations were rough and the cleaning fee was unnecessary because we were required to do most of the work. Vacation is vacation from all work. But all-n-all, the place was very pleasing to the eye.

Our January escape from the cold

We have stayed in many VRBO homes and I must say that this property is by far the Best ever! The entire home is beautiful and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Panama City Beach offers. Home is just as described. The kitchen is fully stocked. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We stayed for about a month and were there to witness the rare January 2025 snow! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We highly recommend this home! We hope to return soon!!

Excellent!

My family and I had a great time staying at this house in PCB. It’s a short walk to the beach and close to the pier. The house was amazing and very clean. Each bead room has a nice full bathroom. The sitting area in the back is private and cozy. Also, they provided a lot of items that can be used at the beach such as a cart, umbrellas, boogie boards and float tubes. It was great! I think we found our go to place every time we visit! The owner was very responsive and helpful during our trip. I’d recommend this house 100%! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Couples Trip

We stayed with 3 couples and absolutely loved our stay! The host was amazing, the house was like new inside. Perfect for 3 couples, each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom in our room. It’s only a short walk to the beach 4-5 minute like 2-3 blocks at most. We all like to cook and the house has a great kitchen, the grill and appliances were like new! The beach cart had everything you’ll need inside for beach days, they even had laundry soap, shampoo, and lots of extras you don’t usually see at a VRBO All Smart TV’s and you can cast media from your phone Absolutely recommend! We’ll definitely be back!
