The location is what makes this property. It was perfect for our family of 3 and pups. We enjoyed walking everywhere and the direct access to the beach. Host communicated great and although we didn’t cook the kitchen seemed stocked with all you need to do so. Overall great experience.

Out of all my years of vacationing at the beach I must say that this was one of the absolute best places I have ever stayed! I felt “at home” from the moment I walked in. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. Although I never met the owners in person, I feel like we would great friends. :) So nice, great communicators, easy to talk to and work with. I look forward to being able to return one day.

Wonderful location right on beach with great beach views. Extremely clean wonderfully decorated. Master king bed very comfortable. Great that it is dog friendly. Walter was very responsive and kind. Loved it. Will go again God willing.

A perfect place to stay! Pros: -Location : Winn Dixie is right across the street! The location of the home is away from the major high rise condo buildings so the beach was never crowded! We did not have a car with us during our stay but we never needed one! Uber is available and groceries and food options are all in walking distance. -Amentities : The townhome included many chairs and umbrellas left behind so we did not even need to purchase anything. There is no beach service directly in front of the townhouse but further down the beach (5 min walk at most) are rentable chairs if that's more your style. -Lovely Home : This townhouse does not have that typically VRBO sterile style. It is very cozy and feels lived in. Plus the two balconies made days where the weather turned bad still turned out very pleasant! -Parking : The townhouse comes with two parking spots which was very convenient. If you are parking two giant extended bed diesel trucks there, they probably won't fit but if you have normal sized vehicles, they can fit! Not Cons but Good Things to Know -House Layout : Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. If you are traveling with someone who has mobility issues, the full staircase to the upstairs may be difficult to navigate, as well as the steps down to the beach. -Biting Ants : Florida does have biting ants so be careful when traversing the sand from the steps through the beach path to the actual beach.

Clean, close to everything. Cozy, & cute beach decor. Best sleeping bed ever-wish I could take it home. No issues with anything. Good Host & good communication. We loved having 3 decks & being beachfront. My Cousin loved having her own room, TV & Bathroom & we did too..Would definitely return in the future!

Excellent as always

This was our third time staying here and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and all was perfect. We spent most of our time enjoying the amazing view on the balcony and big deck. We will definitely be back.

A slice of Heaven!!!

The moment we walked in we were greeted with the panoramic ocean view! Everything was perfect- great kitchen with everything we needed that flowed into the open concept living room & out onto the upper deck. The bedroom was lovely with a king size bed that was super comfy & we slept like babies. Grocery store right across the street & a CVS plus nearby dining made everything accessible. It truly couldn’t have been better! :)

Awesome beach location

We stayed 6 nights in this lovely townhouse on the beach. The scenery was perfect and we could fully see the gulf from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The host was responsive and the home was clean, well furnished and cared for. There are very nice personal touches throughout, such as decks of cards and binoculars by a window. Our favorite spots were the balcony and the deck. Appliances were high quality and the furniture was comfortable with seating for guests. Also dog friendly! We hope to return!

PARADISE!!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this fabulous property. Decorated to feel like "home" & not a rental. The views are amazing and the deck is equipped with all the furniture you need to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. Mr Walt goes out of his way to add some great extras in the house such as: a portable speaker to use on the deck ( we used it everyday!) and binoculars to catch the ocean life. We saw a Manta Ray jump out of the water 3 times our 1st day, so cool! We celebrated the New Year here and all you have to do is sit on the deck and watch the fireworks from the pier. It's our favorite place to stay in PCB!! We will be back again!

Kathy and I make a couple trips a year to update/refresh and maintain ourspacious unit, so our guests can feel at home and enjoy their vacation to the fullest.

Excellent relative quiet West End Location Directly on the Beach... Convenient to shopping, recreation and dining; in which many are within walking distance, so you don't have to waste your precious vacation time tied up in beach-traffic; e.g., World famous McQuires Pub only 2 walking blocks away---great food and ambiance.
Additionally, you park directly in front of our unit so don't have to deal with the hassle of the high-rise buildings, limited distant parking, waiting on elevators, high in the sky views, etc. Roomy square feet so not cramped during your stay.

The beautiful Gulf views of Emerald Blue waters, the hum of relaxing ocean waves washing against sugar white sandy beaches coupled with refreshing sea breezes are priceless. Sea-sational & Sun-sational!
This has been a wonderful home away from home, and our family has created some of our best memories here.
