Spacious and inviting, this three-level chalet offers plenty of room for fun and relaxation with family and friends. Backing onto Plum Creek, the home provides a peaceful retreat with the ultimate blend of comfort and adventure. Guests of all ages will love the hot tub, evenings by the fire pit making s’mores, and exploring the creek. Whether you visit for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or one of Ellicottville’s year-round festivals, this all-season destination offers something for everyone—plus great shopping, dining, nightlife, and golf nearby. Located just ¼ mile from HoliMont Ski Club and less than a mile from the village center, the chalet is perfectly positioned for easy access to both HoliMont and Holiday Valley Resorts. Enjoy a quiet, scenic setting among other ski chalets at the base of HoliMont, with safe sidewalk access leading directly into the village. Guests have full use of all amenities, including a private hot tub, fire pit, two-story deck, and backyard area. Off-street paved parking is available, and the village is easily reached by foot, bike, car, or Uber/Lyft. Great time

We loved our stay for our family ski trip. The place was very clean and well stocked. The snow was very deep and the skiing was the best conditions we’ve had in the past 5 years. The bathrooms were very clean and we thought there were 3 full bathrooms but it was only 2 and a half on our side of the duplex. Overall it was very nice and we would definitely go back.

Beautiful!

Went with friends, 6 of us in total. Was the perfect space!! Clean, conveniently located, and we loved listening to the stream outside! The perfect getaway space to celebrate with friends! Highly recommend!

Eclipse in New York

The property was great, clean and well appointed. This would have been a 5 star stay had we received the check in information from the host without having to call VRBO customer service to contact the host. It was more the inconvenience of that process after driving for 5 hours that warrants a lower score. The host did apologize and resolve the issue quickly. I understand things happen and this would not prevent me from staying there again.

Relaxation in Ellicottville!

We stayed here after the New Year to do some turns at Holiday Valley. What an amazing home to stay and relax in! The house is perfect, comfy, and cozy. The hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes and the stream in the back just added to the atmosphere! It’s the perfect rental for any season in Ellicottville.

Excellent house in ideal location

Our group had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Enjoyed the Bike Park at Holimont, quick access to downtown, and a round of golf over at Holiday Valley. House was clean, comfortable and provided plenty of space to relax. Everything was well stocked and the outdoor space was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Convenient and cozy

I rented this for my daughter’s 21st birthday for her and her friends. The rental was very well maintained and the description was very accurate. It was the perfect place to relax and spend time with friends yet be very close to the village. The rental owners were very responsive and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend for families and friends.

A Great Ski Weekend

We had an amazing ski weekend staying here. We had a group of 10 and all fit so comfortably. We LOVED the covered outdoor hot tub after a long day on the slopes and the backyard stream was so calming. The short distance to downtown and Holiday Valley was convenient to enjoy both Elicottville shops and dining and skiing with ease. There were so many personal touches in the home that made it homey and enjoyable. From cooking (utensils, extra oil, seasoning, pans) to comfortable seating and wifi. we would 100% recommend this stay!!
