Outdoor Space:

More than 2 acres of outdoor backyard to entertain, play and enjoy. Badminton net and racquets & corn hole available for use. A portable powerful fan is also provided.

An 8' x 17' swim spa / endless pool offers a relaxing retreat or a swim while surrounded by a stunning natural background. *

Ground Floor:

Kitchen & Dining:
Large eat in kitchen with table and two benches that seats up to 6. Nearby is a long dining table that seats up to 10. Both can be combined to accommodate large parties.

Kitchen was recently renovated and upgraded with stainless steel appliances added.

Living Room:
2 large sofas that can accommodate several people, of which 4 are reclining seats. Additional seating available with nearby dining table and chairs.

Pastural and tree views from all rooms. French doors lead to a front tree-surrounding yard.

Smart TV has YoutubeTV for local channels.

Bedroom #1:
Ground floor bedroom has a double bed.

Bathroom #1:
Has a full bathtub with linen closet with extra towels

Washer and Dryer:
Located in a large hallway closet.

Patio:
Kitchen has a patio door that leads to a paved patio with outdoor grill, patio table & chair, hammock, etc.

Second Floor:

Hallway Bathroom: Barn door entry with a large stand up shower.

Beautiful and comfortable home in Goshen

We stay every holiday season to be near some family who live in the area and by far this has been the nicest house we’ve stayed. It was exceptionally clean quiet and comfortable. Perfect for multiple families. Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking in for a place to stay in the Goshen area.

Excellent stay

A beautiful and bright cottage in a serene but convenient location. It was thoughtfully set up for a family getaway and was exceptionally clean. My entire family enjoyed the stay!

Family Visit

We picked this location because it was close to family. We were celebrating my aunts 75th birthday. The house contained everything we needed and had plenty of room for all of us. The property had great views and was on a quiet road. I would stay again.

Great location with proximity to Legoland. Plenty of space for 2 families. Great yard to run around. Clean and well equipped.

Family weekend

This was a perfect location and well kept property very near legoland that provided plenty of room for our family to eat, sleep and play! A bonus was the birdsongs in the am and a beautiful sunrise across the field!

Beautiful & relaxing property!!

My family all met here to stay together for a wedding in Goshen. We truly enjoyed a relaxing time at your home. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio & the spa and we lucked out that the weather was absolutely perfect!! The house was extremely clean and very welcoming!! If we are ever back in the area we would absolutely stay here again! Host was very responsive if needed.

Great home!

Beautiful home. Came here for a softball Tournament, got to relax and enjoy when not at the field in the swim spa. So peaceful! Everyone loved the home/property. Would recommend and return if needed.

Great House!

We stayed here one night to unwind and relax with our daughters and their spouses after our youngest daughter’s wedding in the area. The house was roomy and spotless, pool spa perfect, and JT was very gracious and accommodating. It’s a wonderful house which put just the right finishing touch on our daughter’s wedding weekend.

Lovely home in beautiful setting

Our family had a wonderful weekend in this clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable home. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, even suggesting restaurants for our family and providing cribs at our request. I highly recommend the host and home.

West Point Family Weekend

Easy 30 minute drive to West Point. In the country, yet outlet mall, restaurants and things to do all within 30 minutes. Very responsive when I text as the keypad didn’t work. They let us in remotely. We had several in our family and we were all comfortable. Nice fire pit, swim spa, and clean.

More than we had hoped for.

We stayed at JT's property for a weekend in November to attend a football game at the military academy at West Point. Seven of us, including 3 teenagers, had plenty of space to be comfortable, relax, cook meals and enjoy the swim spa. The home was warm and clean and we all slept great. We'll definitely look to stay there again whenever we need lodging near West Point.

Very clean and spacious home

This beautiful country home was perfect for our family visit to Goshen/ Orange County. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and a 2-year-old. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed sitting on the new patio and enjoying the view. There was a grill that we did not use, plus a fire pit and corn hole.

Beautiful home

This home was perfect for our needs, it was close to West Point so we could visit our son and basically 20 minutes from everything else we decided to do. The only complaint was that the WiFi is basically non existent which made it hard to watch any television at the end of the day. Other then that, the place was perfect.

Wedding stay

Overall, the property and host were exceptional. The home had been recently renovated with great attention to detail and design. The amenities were excellent with virtually everything we needed included with even and simple things like plates and glasses sufficient for over a dozen people. The site was expansive with excellent landscaping and plenty of room for kids to play. The location was close to everything in the area. The host were accommodating and very quick to reply to every message. Again, overall a great stay! I would highly recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable house in a lovely location

My family stayed at this house for a local wedding, and it worked out wonderfully. The house is tastefully renovated, with excellent, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was great and well equipped. The house is in a lovely spot overlooking farmland and my daughter had a lot of fun playing in the yard. It feels like you are out in the country, while only being a few minutes away from town. The owners were easy to work with and renting this house was a great experience overall and perfect for our needs.

Friends Reunion

We had a group of 9 friends get together and the property was great. The house was clean and had beautiful property with privacy so everyone could be inside or out. Location is not far from town or wineries which was a nice plus.
