This lovely historic farm house in the heart of the Hudson Valley is the perfect location for your next group get away. The relaxation begins as you turn onto our long private drive, watch for wild turkey and deer. This lovely historic farm house in the heart of the Hudson Valley is the perfect location for your next get away. The relaxation begins as you turn onto our long private drive, watch for wild turkey and deer. This is the perfect spot if you are coming to the area for a wedding, to visit West Point or LEGOLAND, go hiking, skiing or just to sample the local craft breweries and wineries. For art and music lovers Storm King Art Center, Dia Beacon and Bethel Woods are nearby.
The space
Wood floors and natural light abounds, enjoy your morning coffee or a good read on one of the two porches or a quiet spot on the beautiful grounds. There is a total of 4 bedrooms with 2 twins, 1 full bed, 1 queen, and a king and additional twin in the master bedroom. There is also a daybed and couch downstairs. Lots of closet space available for your dress clothes if you're up for an event.

Additional air mattress can also be provided upon request.

The house served us perfectly. Clean, quiet, and plenty of room fo our party of four. Easily accommodate more. If you’re a walker, not too far to make it downtown on foot. (No sidewalks however) Tranquil and comfortable. Beautiful old farm property to enjoy. Easy check out procedure.

Home away from home

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Very comfortable and it felt like home. The hosts arranged everything with their guests in mind. Quiet and peaceful location.

Fantastic and comfortable home. We were at a wedding near Goshen and this place was perfect for the 8 of us who stayed to have a place to hang out and plenty of room. Highlights were the cozy kitchen - we loved making coffee and eating bagels from town around the table. One of us took work calls from the front porch swing while another painted watercolors on the back porch gliders, a lot of great spots to do your own thing. Beds were comfy with nice cotton sheets. All the amenities we needed - hair dryer, iron, lots of closets. All the A/C units worked great. We’ve stayed a lot of places and this is one of our favorites. Nice job and thanks for sharing your place!

Legoland oasis!

Amazing property with a quaint out in the country feel with plenty of room to spread out both inside and out. Definitely will look forward to renting this home for future Legoland visits, less than 10 minutes away.

This house is truly a delight, nestled down a private road. House is very well appointed with every thing you would need to feel welcome and comfortable. Michael and Bonnie were kind and readily accessible.

Beautiful location and attention to details

There’s plenty of space, and it’s clean and thoughtfully laid out for guests of all ages. This could be an excellent spot for two-to-three families with kids to meet up with each other. Classic NY farmhouse experience perfect for our summer trip. Welcoming, cheery-but-breezy colors and details throughout. Our kid absolutely loved the tree swing. We all agree we would return for more!

We had a great stay at the historic farm house. It's on a long driveway with a few other houses. While we were in town for a very short visit and didn't get to use everything the house had to offer there were games, fire pit and grill for guests to use. We spent time on the front and bigger back porch that has a view of the woods. It was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and spacious and the hosts were communicative and responsive. Note that they have a drip coffee maker but bring your own filters. We would definitely stay there again.

Common rooms and bedrooms were fine/a little shabby but bathrooms (especially the downstairs shower was groos/not clean/in need of a redo.
