This private luxury home situated on 2 acres offers an unrivaled experience, blending elegance, comfort and an array of exceptional amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay.

As you enter on the main/entry level you will find a a newly remodeled kitchen (pictures coming soon!), which offers a Electrolux double oven, induction stove top, crock pot, rice maker, blender, toaster, double waffle iron, coffee maker, Keurig, all the essentials needed to create a feast.
A card room that doubles as a fifth bedroom with a Queen size Murphy bed.

Relax in the living/media room, complete with a cozy sectional and large flat-screen TV.

Opposite the living room; the Billiard room!
Lounge in the oversized club chairs (4), or for a better view of the pool table, sit in one the the (2) two barstools with a small table to play a game for 2 that surround the pool table with cues and chalk for your use.

The lower level is furnished with a 4 person arcade and foosball table to bring extra entertainment for adults and children alike.

Each of the four (4) bedrooms are designed with premium bedding, allowing you to indulge in a restful night’s sleep while enjoying breathtaking views of the lake.

Outside the propane grill caters to outdoor cooking enthusiasts, providing options for grilling and barbecuing.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- No events, or parties.
- Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level. - Age requirement of 25 years or older
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
- Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property.
- The primary guest whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying at the property. A guest may not book a reservation for someone else.
- Total of 16 guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants).
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful and respectful of surrounding neighbors.
- Additional checkin/checkout instructions will be sent 24-48 hours prior to arrival.
- If rules are violated, guests will be charged accordingly and/or asked to leave the property.
