Athens Neos Kosmos Penthouse is a beautiful spacious penthouse with four bedrooms, six beds and two bathrooms at the 5th floor of a very nice building. The terrace belongs to the penthouse and provides a beautiful view of Saronic sea and Lycabettus hill. The penthouse is located in an inhabited area, one block away from Grand Hyatt Hotel, Intercontinental and several 4-5 star hotels, indicative to how close it is to the touristic area of Acropolis and the old city, while only 10 min by car from the nearest beach.
It is ideal for families or friends, who want to enjoy relaxing at the veranda or at the terrace and share quality time with beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere.

It is unique penthouse in the center of Athens. It is upscale, spacious with beautiful view, ideal for families and friends who want to be close to the touristic area of Acropolis and the old city (5 min by car), but close to the beaches as well (10 min by car). It has a beautiful view of the city and the sea front in a distance from the veranda and the terrace belonging to the penthouse. Veranda and terrace are ideal for relaxation, drinking and dining in a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. It is a more personal and family oriented alternative to the 4-5 hotels that are situated in the area.
