On the lower level you will find a spacious and comfortable family room, mini kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room and the fourth bedroom.
The backyard is a great place to relax and entertain with a large concrete patio, small pond, outdoor seating with a television and a fun playhouse for kids to enjoy.
This home comes with many amenities which include, WI-FI, air conditioning, subscribed apps on all of the televisions, Solo Stove fire pit, outside grill, automatic patio awning, Peloton bike and app on television for indoor exercise use, laundry, dishwasher and more!
