The main entrance opens into a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and a 55” smart TV with Netflix and Sling TV for streaming.

The dining area features a full-size table, perfect for meals or work. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas range and oven, 10 cubic-foot refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and more.

The bathroom is cozy but fully updated, featuring a bright, open space with a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and all necessary amenities.

The large bedroom has a king bed with a comfortable mattress and luxe bedding that has earned excellent reviews. A restful night’s sleep is our priority.

A designated parking spot with remote-controlled gate is provided. Additional street parking is available.

House Rules
No parties or social gatherings. Unauthorized events will result in extra guest fees.

This historic building features original wood floors. We have added high-quality insulation and sound barriers between floors, but occasional noise from other units may occur. Please contact us if any disturbance affects your stay.

Private exterior steps provide rear access, and interior stairs lead to upstairs units. Front entrance has separate locks at the base and for each unit door.

A washer and dryer are available for long-term tenants only.

There is a set of private exterior steps for your rear entrance and interior steps that lead to both upstairs units. For front entrance- Interior stairwell has a separate lock at the base and for each door to the unit.


We provide a small breakfast of oatmeal and coffee to get your day started.
*Although we love children and pets; due to the stairs, & the fact that it is a historic building with noise it is not suitable for either. *Fine art is displayed throughout the home. If any art is missing or damaged you will be responsible for the cost of the art even if it exceeds your deposit. *There is no smoking whatsoever on the property *Please be respectful of others on property and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If we are unable to reach you or have continued noise complaints we reserve the right to terminate booking without a refund. *A phone number of a guest actually staying on property must be provided. *Only park in your designated parking spot, do not park in or block other units parking spot. *Guest count MUST be accurate for liability reasons- it includes all people staying in the unit, including the person reserving it. *Please no parties or `social gatherings` of any kind. If you throw a party or anything similar to one without permission, you will be charged the extra guest fee for every guest that attends. *please advise of late checkout requests well BEFORE check out time. After 2pm an additional day will be charged.
