DON’T BE FOOLED BY FALSE ADVERTISING. THIS IS TRULY A BEACHFRONT RESORT WITH PICKLEBALL, TENNIS, BARBECUES. IT HAS MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS FROM THE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM AND BALCONY, ON the beach with private chairs AND LOUNGE CHAIRS FOR OUR GUESTS ONLY, and shade if you want it and a place for your drinks along with Pool & jacuzzi overlooking the beach and restaurant and bar. Be careful pictures on other listings can be fooling, we are truly a beachfront condo and all pics are real. THIS RESORT IS KNOWN AS ONE OF THE BEST RESORTS ON THE ISLAND THAT INCLUDES EVERYTHING for amenities such as barbecues gazebos pickle ball tennis, barbecues, etc. custom wood vaulted ceilings. This is our private unit not a hotel room so it’s not run down. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We also have a one bedroom with 4.90 ratings out of 5 The space Huge 2 private bedrooms 1 upstairs with a 10 by 13 ft bathroom and a king bed, downstairs a private bedroom with entrance to bathroom, large living room, 2 balconies front and back. Full living room and kitchen, room for 6 no problem, you won’t be disappointed Guest access to our own beach, pool and jacuzzi
We have our own free off road parking lot with 24 hr security very safe resort

Beautiful view of the incredible changing colors of the Caribbean sea from the balcony, loft and living room. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and the cleaning lady was delightful. The condo was in a prime location for exploring the island, while also offering a quiet spot to unwind, swim in the sea or the huge pool, or just watch the sun rise from the balcony. There's a restaurant on site which we did not get to try but seemed very popular. There was also a tennis court and pickleball court. We spent a fun afternoon watching some the action on the courts.The beach is protected by a reef so the water is always pretty smooth and calm. You can snorkel right off the beach and see some amazing sea life. I highly recommend this property for any visit to the island!

Great Condo

We really loved the condo unit. It is as described. Richard is a great host who is always available for questions. The view from the condo is amazing! We enjoyed snorkeling directly from the beach and enjoyed the easy access back to the unit from the beach. The pool and hot tub were great to have. The restaurant is pricey, but has good food. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Great location!

The property is nice. A rocky beach, but the water is fantastic! It’s beautiful , the color changes all the time! The pool and hot tub are beautiful. The restaurant next door has great quesadillas! The unit has a spacious bathroom in the loft. The balcony has a great view and can accommodate a nice group of people. A lovely, friendly community. One recommendation would be to invest in a water filter as we spent time and money on water. The host Richard is very accommodating! He goes out of his way to be sure you’re happy!

Great vacation

When we first stumbled upon this condo on VRBO, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Richard is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and gave us a list of restaurants and places to shop. The condo is just perfect! Kitchen is a little dated but we were told that from the start and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Richard had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our long week comfortable and memorable. Thanks Richard we will definitely be back.

Best owner I’ve ever dealt with!

Rich is the most customer service driven person I’ve ever met. Not just for a rental but for anything. Above and beyond doesn’t describe the service and care that Rich provided. He was available whenever I called and was sincere in all of our communication. He actually enjoys talking with the tenants. He gave us some amazing ideas for what we should do on the island. We actually ended up planning our trip around his suggestions. The property is a great location for families and is very quiet and relaxed. The only bad thing is I know I’ll never get this level of service and attention from another owner if I stay somewhere else. We will definitely be returning!

A Slice of Heaven!

If you are looking for a beautiful relaxed beach getaway look no further. The interior and the magnificent view from the balcony are exactly as seen in the photos. The Caribbean is literally steps away from the condo. We loved the beautiful and uncrowded beach, the pool and the fantastic jacuzzi.Our host, Richard was extremely responsive, attentive, and full of great suggestions of restaurants, places to shop and things to do.This really enhanced our stay. Whenever we reached out to him with a question, he responded almost immediately with patience and kindness. We never felt like we were bothering him or that he didn’t have time for us.In terms for the condo itself, it is clean, modern, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all the essentials and appliances you might need. Richard was very thoughtful. He left us bottled water, coffee, and a beautiful bottle of the local rum.The upstairs king bed was very comfortable. Even though the unit is fully air conditioned, we hardly used it because the trade winds and the ceiling fans did the job of keeping the place at a very comfortable temperature.We loved our visit and only wished we had the time to stay longer. It exceeded our hopes and expectations and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect!

We loved our stay at Rich’s beachfront condo. We had two small children, and this place was perfect for our family. The views are wonderful, the rooms are big and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again.
