This quaint and historic town is extremely walkable with restaurants, bars and activities all around. You won`t need to leave the neighborhood to keep yourself entertained day and night. However, the white sand and world famous beaches of St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach and Treasure Island are just 10 minute trip!

The Living Spaces- The open-concept living area is the heart of the home — anchored by a custom wet bar, multiple seating areas, and sweeping balcony views of the bay. Watch boats glide by from any of 3 fully furnished balconies, each stocked with comfortable seating perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
The Kitchen - The spacious open kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with premium appliances, gorgeous countertops, and everything you need to prepare and share meals together. No need to eat out every night — though amazing restaurants are just steps away.
The Bedrooms - Three luxurious king suites each feature private balconies, en-suite full baths, large closets, and plush bedding for a true hotel-quality sleep. Two suites are located on the 2nd floor. One suite includes a twin trundle bed — ideal for families — and a private office area for remote working guests.
The Hot Tub - Soak your cares away in the private hot tub — perfect after a day on the water or a night out in Gulfport. Day or night, it`s one of the most popular spots in the house.
Entertainment - Multiple smart TVs throughout the home keep everyone happy on slower evenings indoors.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this home must be 25 years or older.
- We allow pets with pre approval only. We also have a pet fee of $150 that will be charged to bring a pet. Please let us know in advance!
- Though this is in a fun-filled and energetic area, this high end home is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat this home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- No Smoking or Vaping anywhere inside or on property! No illicit drug use!
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc...
- No horse-play or excess weight in the elevator, follow posted weight limits for your own safety.
- The hot tub, grill, and outdoor furniture are available to be used at your own risk.
- Cushions should be brought in when not in use, there are deck boxes for your convenience. Cushions may blow away if not secured.
- The awning on 3rd floor balcony must also be put down whenever it is not in use, winds or stormy weather can pop up quickly and cause damage.
