We are grateful to share that this beautiful home is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again!

Many establishments throughout the Gulfport and St. Pete beach communities have reopened. Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate and need as they recover.

With views of the Bay & Gulfport's Waterfront District, the home is only a short drive to St Pete Beaches.

This space is designed for those who want to have a high end experience with great views and location, but also filled with amenities. You'll have plenty of space to spread out with the large living area and gourmet kitchen and dining area. Prepare and share meals in the fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous countertops and new appliances. The third floor is the main living space where you will spent most of your time, unwinding as you watch boats cruise by on the waterfront bay. Enjoy cocktails from the custom wet bar before you step out on to one of 3 balconies, all fully furnished with a variety of comfortable seating.

The house boasts 7 TV's for all your entertainment needs. This 3rd floor also has a twin size sleeper sofa and a full bathroom.

On the second floor there are 3 master suites, each with a King bed, balcony, full bath and large closets. One of the bedrooms has a twin bed in addition to the King and one bedroom has a private office area, so it is designed to meet the needs of varying guests.

After your fun-filled day, you'll appreciate a good night's sleep in the 3 relaxing and spacious master suites with comfortable bedding and soothing atmosphere.
- The responsible party booking and staying at this home must be 25 years or older.
- We allow pets with pre approval only. We also have a pet fee of $150 that will be charged to bring a pet. Please let us know in advance!
- Though this is in a fun-filled and energetic area, this high end home is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat this home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc...
- No horse-play or excess weight in the elevator, follow posted weight limits for your own safety.
- The hot tub, paddle board, kayak, fire pit, grill, outdoor furniture are available to be used at your own risk.
- Cushions should be brought in when not in use, there are deck boxes for your convenience. Cushions may blow away if not secured.
- The awning on 3rd floor balcony must also be put down whenever it is not in use, winds or stormy weather can pop up quickly and cause damage.
