This Cozy 2 bed/2.5 bath Townhouse is a corner unit located in the famous Gold Coast Aruba Residence which is located right across from the prestigious 18-hole golf course in Aruba and a 3-minute drive to the Boca Catalina Beach and the Famous Tres Trapi Beach. Light House. This attractive rental property is fully furnished, and equipped with the latest energy-saving state-of-the-art appliances. It features; high-speed Internet, a cozy backyard with a BBQ grill with gas, and beach chairs for your convenience. 24-hour security, fully gated, clubhouse which features a well-equipped gym, food & beverage facilities, 3 community pools, tennis courts, and much more!
This unit is conveniently located next to one of the community pools and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. This townhouse is perfect for your family vacation.
Please be advised that Parties, social events, and gatherings are not allowed at our vacation homes.
Utilities:
The total rate includes a 15% tax/service charge, including final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15,- per night, this is more than plenty for your stay, and Wireless Internet.
