Our Happy Place

House was in the perfect location and had everything we needed for a week in our happy place! Annie was easy to communicate with, didn’t have any issues or complaints. Would recommend this house and would stay again!

Great private pool!

The house was a great space and the owner Ksenia was very helpful in making everything easy. The best part was lounging in the pool every morning.

Loved the place! Close to everything. Clean. Would love to stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days then some friends joined us for a few days. It was perfect! Clean. Close to everything but would recommend renting a car to see all the sites. Great house, island, and place to vacation and relax!

Very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything, between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. Great restaurants nearby. Housekeeper was very attentive, and owner was responsive and helpful. Pool is a bit small, but comfortable lounge chairs and clean. Home has everything needed for a wonderful 10 day stay!

We had a lovely time at Ksenia’s villa

It was spacious and clean, and had a nice pool that we loved using. A fantastic, well stocked supermarket (Super Food) is very close by which is convenient. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Thank you!

Great Property!

This was our first trip to Aruba and feel very fortunate to have found this property. Close to everything but very private. Annie the housekeeper helped us get checked in on the first day and everything went very smooth. Our kids loved the pool. You won't be disappointed!

Great stay in a quiet area

We stayed a week at this very roomy quiet property. Excellent area close to a nice grocery store and restaurants but away from the crowds. Has 3 large BRs with master upstairs. Mini splits in all rooms. Nice pool that we just put our feet in (was a little cold to me-not heated) really nice patio and grill too. Would stay again!

Home away from home

Great space, modern furnishes, comfortable for 6 adults who were not in each other's way here, enjoyed the pool (more than we thought we would). Annie, the housekeeper, lives 2 houses down and was wonderful when we needed her. Extremely convenient location, close to our favorite Eagle beach, downtown restaurants, SuperFoods market and everything else. Would stay here again when returning to Aruba.

Property was even better than the pictures show. Fabulous well-appointed home in a great location near Superfood grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. We had a rental car which made getting around easier, but a car is not necessary. We enjoyed the private back yard with double doors on the main floor that open to the pool and covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. We are definitely planning for our next stay here!

Best balcony

The interior of the property was excellent, providing all the kitchenware you could possibly need. The master bedroom on the upper floor was excellent. The most enjoyable part was the furnished second floor balcony, where there was always a wonderful, cool breeze.The pool required cleaning when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. Monday was a holiday so we didn’t get the pool cleaned until Tuesday morning. The beautiful umbrella that they show in their opening picture was nonexistent and the equipment to help us clean the pool ourselves was broken and not replaced during our time there.

Simply paradise

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba. The house, the pool, the beach, the weather... everything was exactly what we hoped for. Our phones did not work without any Wifi so it was tricky to get directions and communicate with Annie especially upon arrival since GPS or WhatsApp wouldn’t work once we left the airport. Everything else was awesome. Thank you!

Beautiful home, great location!

Our family vacation in Aruba was great! The house was perfect for us. We have three small children so having our own private pool was perfect. The house did have some toys for the kids to play with as well. Ksenia was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Location is great! Less than a mile from the grocery store and so close to our favorite two beaches; Eagle and Palm. We had a lovely vacation and have already booked our stay for next year. Highly recommend this property to others.

Perfect place for a family stay

This house was ideal for our family of 5 for our stay in Aruba. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for going to the various beaches, awesome restaurants and various activities like golfing and snorkeling. Annie was such an asset to us as we ran into a couple of issues with the electricity and hot water during our stay but she knew exactly what to do in both instances to make it right. The dogs barking every night were a nuisance which made sleeping a bit challenging. Other than that, the house is in a great location.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean

This is an very conveniently located home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The manager is just a few doors down and was readily available when we needed something. The house itself is not particularly “tropical” in its decor, but the beds are comfy, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals in. The grocery store is very nearby, and has excellent selection. ***Very important: All communication with both the owner and the manager was clear and friendly and consistently prompt.

worth another few days

Didn't do any cooking. But everything was clean as it should be. the size was perfect for the 4 of us and a good location to everywhere. the pool was a little cool and there was only 3 beach chairs. Aruba was windy everyday just like they say.

Excellent week-long vacation

I was very impressed with my experience renting an Air-BNB with Ksenia. Both she and Annie, the housekeeper, were extremely fast with replies to my messages both before and during my trip. They went above and beyond in terms of offering recommendations as well. The house was very well maintained, and I had no issues with appliances or the living space. The pictures on the listing are also very accurate. The backyard was perfect size for relaxing in the afternoon after being in the sun all day, and the pool was well-kept. You have to purchase electricity for the house at the local gas station, which seemed a bit foreign coming from the USA, but Annie was super helpful in making the process of purchasing it very easy. I went with my 3 friends and we only ended up having to pay about 70 total for 6 days time. Overall, a great place to stay for the price. Neighborhood felt very safe; I would go on morning jogs around the area and felt perfectly safe on my own. Overall a great spot!

Just Right

The property was located to all kinds of fantastic beaches and snorkeling. We had an easy drive to food as well. The pool was a fantastic bonus. We jumped in every day. The only difficulty we had was using the drying rack because the dryer doesn’t work. It kept falling over no matter how I secured it. I hauled over some large rocks from the yard and used a chair to get it to finally stay put. Overall though, a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect vacation home

This was our first time to Aruba and this house turned out to be perfect for us . I was traveling with 4 young adults . Everything was conveniently located never more than a 6 minute drive to where we wanted to go . The house manager was close by and responded quickly to anything we needed . The 3 bedrooms were good sized and we were comfortable . Being able to go to the beach 3 minute drive and then come back jump in the pool and grill dinner was awesome ! The kitchen is very well stocked and I found a library of books the second day . Able to log into our prime video for movies shows . Being able to do our laundry was also a bonus . Great house

Anniversary getaway!!

Something my wife and I have planned for a very long time, and the trip was absolutely fantastic. Mainly made possible by a very convenient, clean, and reasonable property near everything we wanted to see during our ten-day stay in Aruba. Kenia (Owner) and Annie (in-neighborhood liaison and cleaner) were both very responsive with every part of the stay process. House has a beautiful pool just perfect for a couple, washer and dryer worked great, air-conditioners worked efficiently and kept the house VERY comfortable. The gas stove was great for foodies like us, and the dishwasher cleaned all the on-site dishes just beautifully. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with the exception of some very friendly lizards and iguanas visiting us in the backyard every so often. We would DEFINITELY use this house again in the future; especially because of the professionalism and kindness that Ksenia demonstrated throughout our entire stay. Thank you so very much for a breathtaking visit to Aruba!!

Great location

This property was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We stayed Tues- Sunday and paid $60 for electricity, which Annie collected at the beginning of our stay. We had ac going most of the time and were worried we’d have to pay more mid stay but it covered all of it. We rented a car and definitely recommend that at this location. We felt very safe in this area. The house is just a couple minutes from a really nice grocery store and a quick trip to the main road. Also quick access via car to restaurants, night life, ice cream shops and movie theaters and of course beaches. Pool was small but nice. There are lots and lots of towels provided, which was nice. Also we went in August so didn’t expect any mangos from the tree but we were excited to find a couple! Also a couple reviews mentioned barking dogs but we didn’t hear any. Our family loved our stay! Thank you!!

Thank you as we were able to finish our stay in Aruba at this house. It was nice to get away from the crowd at the high rise to wind down in the pool. While it was a bit more of a residential area than expected, overall it was very enjoyable and was as promised. The real fun is the mystery of getting electricity and phone service in Aruba -- they have taken pre paid cards to a new level. Also, the support from J was great as he was there when he said he would be and walked us through everything. The owners were very, very helpful prior to, during and after the stay. They want everyone to enjoy themselves while staying at the house. The only downside of the stay was the flight cancellations back in the US due to snow, which means we should have stayed longer. if you want a nice private location in the middle of the island, this would be a good place for you.

Great Property, Location and Manager

Enjoyed everything about the property. Would stay again any time. Three bedrooms with individual air conditioners. Two bedrooms downstairs. Master bedroom upstairs with bathroom. One AC unit was not working but owner and manager were very responsive and did all they could to address situation. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. One of the best equipped kitchens for a VRBO. Everything was working as expected. Back patio and pool were fabulous. Very relaxing after a day at the beach. Location is excellent. About a three minute drive to Eagle Beach and two minutes to very nice grocery store. 15 minutes to Palm Beach. 25 minutes (unless stuck in cruise ship traffic) to airport. Pre-trip, during stay and post-trip the owner was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommended.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Villa is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Aruba. I cannot imagine a better location for our home. The house is approximately 1.5 km (1 mile) from the beach.(15 min walking to Eagle Beach). It is a walking distance to Super Foods (7 min walk). The store has everything that you can think of! It is also a short drive (2 minutes) to downtown Palm Beach. You are in the heart of everything! I
