A Lemony Vacation
I booked this cottage for my 85-year-old aunt who visited us from abroad. When I first drove into the property, I could not believe my eyes, it were as though I had been transported back to a childhood fairytale. Once the front gates to the property had opened, we were privy to a lemon tree-lined path that led to the cottage--a cottage nestled between lemon trees and flowers. It was absolutely magical.
My aunt has not stopped talking about her experience at the orchard, which was more like a vacation within a vacation! Her cottage was wonderful and consisted of a fairly large room that included a comfortable queen-size bed, a small kitchen and sitting area, and a privte bathroom to the side--everything she needed while away. There was no TV, which was not an issue for her but for those who expect a TV, I guess it's just as easy to use one's own electronic devices instead.
The cottage was clean, private, and the owners were an arm's reach away in the event she needed anything. They were a delight to talk to, very welcoming and I have already recommended the cottage to another couple visiting in August and will continue doing so. For a couple who wants a romantic getaway--this place is for you too! This vacation rental is a gem and an asset to our area.
