Welcome to Woodlawn Manor, a beautifully restored 1915 craftsman with a sparkling private pool and six spacious bedrooms—perfect for family reunions and big-group getaways.

Spread out in an open concept living space, cook together in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather on the shaded patio before a refreshing swim.

When you enter the foyer, there is a guest half bath and entrance to the Master suite, with a spa like bathroom including a stand alone tub and multiple shower experience. Also off of the foyer is the entrance to the open concept living area, which combines the large kitchen and dinning room. It is a great open space where everyone can gather, eat and relax. Downstairs also has 2 more bedrooms and 1 more full bath. The front "parlor" bedroom is a historic treat with chandelier, wrap around leaded windows and 1915 fireplace with mantel.

Upstairs is a large loft with a full bed and a twin bed (bedroom #4), and bedroom #5 with a king bed. There is also a half bath on the second floor.

Outside the back door you will find the casita (6th bedroom and full bath), a private gated area with the pool and two separate sitting areas. This is a private pool with no life-guard. Swim at your own risk.

The entire Woodlawn Manor and pool are for your private use.

Woodlawn Manor is conveniently located in the safe and beautiful Monte Vista Historic District. Located slightly north of downtown San Antonio and is roughly bounded by San Pedro, Hildebrand, McCullough, Shook and Ashby. The neighborhood is characterized by distinguished residential architecture from the early 20th century including Classical Revival, Tudor, Spanish Eclectic, Queen Anne, and Craftsman style houses.

Pool is private with no Lifegaurd. No unattended minors in or around pool. Swim at your own risk.

Thanksgiving in San Antonio - Trinity University Fooball Playoff Win!!!Great Home in the heart of San Antonio near Trinity University, The Pearl and Downtown. Brent was a great host with great communications before and after our stay. This home is beautifully restored w a very well appointed kitchen. We were able to prepare a Traditional Thanksgiving dinner for our Son, traveling family and a few of his teammates who couldn't make it home for the Holiday. We topped off a wonderful stay on Woodlawn with a 34-24 victory over Hardin Simmons in the 2nd round of the DIII playoffs. Thanks Brent for sharing your beautiful home.

Great location to all the attractions and sites in the San Antonio area. Just minutes from pretty much every place we visited. The pool was a blessing to have to cool off each night. The host and cohost were very friendly and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Great house!

We made a last minute trip to San Antonio to be with family and this house was perfect! So much space and great location. Would definitely stay again!

Brent was the perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. He has a wonderful house that worked perfectly for five women travelling together. Lots of room and we enjoyed the pool area at night. The house is older but has been renovated and it is charming. The location is ideal in that it is about ten minutes from everything you'd want to do. There are restaurants close by and Brent gave us lots of recommendations which were helpful. We had groceries delivered so we could stock the refrigerator and it was super easy. The pool area was a bit in need of repair as was the pool but it still worked out. We enjoyed it immensely.

This is the perfect location and a beautiful old home. The neighborhood is situated close to everything- downtown, the Quarry, the Zoo and the Pearl are all easily accessible. We were able to walk (safely and right around the corner) to a few restaurants and coffee shops. The home is spacious and the pool was large enough for our kids to spread out and play and float without feeling cramped. We enjoyed our family get-a-way here!

Beautiful home

What a gorgeous home. Huge bedrooms, spacious gorgeous kitchen. Loved the outdoor area with pool. The neighborhood was perfect for walking, with streets full of historic old homes. 5 minute drive to the Pearl and river walk. Will def be back!

Spacious home that provided areas for mixed family to visit. Texas heat can be brutal and we arrived on a very hot day. The front of the house was very warm and never cooled below 78. The living area and back bedroom were a very comfortable temperature. Back up paper supplies were not readily available, but after contacting with owner, he immediately had some delivered. The pool was refreshing and a great way to cool off after being out in the heat in the Riverwalk. Location for us was on point for visiting family and getting to wedding events for the weekend.

Wonderful house in a great location

This is a beautiful home convenient to all the sites in San Antonio. We loved Philoçoffee and La Fonda both within walking distance of the house. Brent was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
