Welcome to our spacious home fit for a large group, mixing historic architecture with a vintage, glamorous aesthetic! The house has been recently renovated and has a prime location, only 1 mile from the River Walk, Alamodome, and the Pearl, blocks from fun breweries, and a short drive from shopping + amusement parks. If you prefer being home, there is a large backyard with a deck and TVs equipped with WiFi and Netflix. The house is perfect for large groups visiting San Antonio.

Great space for a large group!

The space is perfect and comfortable especially for a large group. Andrea is very attentive and communicative. The location is very short drive to downtown, Pearl, etc. The neighborhood is older and is beginning to turn over, but all in all is safe and quiet. Nice laundry room and large kitchen with a lovely seating area right off it to watch tv. Thanks!

Just 1 mile to downtown, Dignowity Hill is a 150-year-old enclave. Now a revitalized community, it mixes beautiful historic homes with modern architecture.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The home was originally built in the early 1900's in the historic Dignowity Hill neighborhood and has been recently renovated. Guests will have access to the entire home. The living room has a 65" smart TV with Netflix, the kitchen has a large dining table that seats 8 (with additional seating available), and the backyard has a sitting area so you can lounge under the big blue Texas sky.
