Great location in a cute, safe, walkable neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and public transportation. The apartment was cute and cozy. However, it did not fully match the listing photos or description. I saw 3 cockroaches during my month long stay and found evidence of mice hairs from triggered traps, though I never saw one. I kept all food sealed and cleaned the countertops and sinks daily. I understand that pests can be common in DC, especially during the summer, but this felt excessive even coming from someone who lives in New York City. The host was responsive and reimbursed me for the traps after I reported the pest issues. I was also given the wrong door code at check-in, and during the last week the smart lock frequently malfunctioned. Overall, while the location was excellent, I did not feel the apartment was worth the approximately 4,000 price for the month.

We have addressed the issues cited by this guest. The apartment is centrally located next to several hotels( Four Seasons) and restaurants; pest control treats on a regular basis. Dc like many urban areas suffers from critters etc… none was found in this apartment. We hope all these issues were addressed.

Fantastic Location

I stayed at Mia's place for almost a month and felt completely at home! The property manager was quick to respond with any questions I had and the location truly cannot be beat. Close to everything with lots of nice parks and walks nearby!

Cute and convenient

Was very satisfied. Apartment was tidy, clean, pleasant, comfortable bed (pillows were borderline), very convenient. I enjoyed the way the apartment was decorated. So nice to have something personal and not anonymous. I heard the TV did not work, but did not try it. The kitchen was not very functional. No toaster or oven. Few cooking implements. It was a little noisy outside some nights, but I’m from Maine, so it was probably normal for a city-dweller. My complaints are small compared to all that I appreciated about the apartment. I would definitely stay there again!

convenient, authentic, funky, pleasant

I felt quite at home. Getting there and in was super easy and convenient. Parking is easy most of the time. It was quite clean, and I really appreciate the decor feels personal, not generic. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. Doing laundry was a chore - who has that many quarters? but it did work. the internet was spotty, but I used my cell phone as a hot spot. Occasionally it was loud, but getting to use the inner bedroom made a big noise difference from my last visit when I was in the room by the street. (That bedroom can be quite loud.) Jimmy was very responsive if I had a question or problem. Also, it was HUGE that dogs are welcome, and with Rose Park right there it is a great location for dogs. All-in-all I had a great month there and hope to stay again if I have another long visit to Washington.
