The property has been updated with all of the modern amenities to make it feel like your home away from home! Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, you’ll have everything you need in this fully furnished vacation rental. There are three separate levels of living space and efficiency kitchens on each level, so guests can have privacy on their own floor or everyone can gather together on the main floor. Location is key with this property located only 1/2 block away from the City Square and within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, shopping and the historic Lory Theater. There’s also ample parking spaces at the rear of the property and plenty of street street side parking.

Home comfortably sleeps twelve with three full baths. One block from the Highland town square and close to the Wicks event center.

Checking in and checking out was made simple by the host. It was a great spot for my family to stay during my wedding weekend. During a busy weekend, the location of the house and the host helped everything run smoothly.

Perfect home for a large group!! Plenty of beds ( some of beds had curtains instead of doors, which was fine for us) loved the extra kitchens and bathrooms on each floor. There are lots of steps to most of the bedrooms . There is one bedroom and bathroom on main floor if you have an elderly person in your party. The location was great too!!! Loved the porch! Had some problems communicating with host through VRBO so maybe call with number provided. Overall….. AWESOME!!!

This property is really nice if you need multiple beds. The property was clean, we loved that there was a kitchenette on each level. There were extra towels and stuff in the bathroom closets. Overall a very nice home. However, be aware that to get to the upstairs rooms from the main floor you either have to go through someone's bedroom or go outside. You also have to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom downstairs. For your family it didn't matter, but if you need every bed, you will loose some privacy.

The house was perfect for the groomsmen to hang out Friday night before the beautiful wedding at the Olde Wicks Factory Venue, and to crash after the celebration Saturday night. Jennifer was great to work with at both the house and at the venue. The location is close to the venue and the boys were able to walk around the downtown area on Friday night to relax, catch up, and share stories. It all worked out perfectly for us!!!
