Beach Studio 229 with a pool and beach backyard - Is a private studio apartment (220 sq ft) with a queen bed and a queen pull out sofa bed, with private bathroom and kitchenette located in the best Neighborhood in South Beach (South of Fifth)

The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass card provided with your stay.

We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be.

Check out is at 11.00 am or before. South of 5th on Ocean Drive in South Beach is one of the best areas in Miami.
Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 7 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Point Pier and Miami Beach Marina, building is situated beachfront on one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach. Walking friendly neighborhood to
restaurants shopping attractions and beach.
City bike rentals next to the building.

Ms Anita was a great host! The property is well kept and very comfortable. Her responses were prompt and pleasant. The location was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay again, when I’m in the area.

Great location for beach lovers. Quiet area but quite walkable to many restaurants. Once we located Zone 1 parking, it was great to have that included in the price, as well as two lounge chairs and umbrella. Hosts readily available to answer questions.

The acces to restaurants, shops, parks, and specially the beach were outstanding, Luis helped a lot with directions, accommodations, parking, he kept in contact for any questions. Really an unforgetable experience with my kids.

Beautiful property, easy beach access, food/drink/shopping very handy...host was very helpful and provided very good check-in instructions and quickly responded every time. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to highly recommend it to other travelers.

The location is supreme right on the ocean and short walk to the main strip of South Beach. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. They were also accommodating to help us hold our bags until our flight on our last day.

We had a great value for what we paid. We enjoyed the beach thoroughly, as well as easy access to the causeway. We had great beach access, pool, & parking, It was quiet at night. We had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. She was patient with us as we got in later than expected. If we come to Miami Beach again, we would definitely stay here again.
