Boat parking available for 22’ and under! Bring your pets, kids or just feel at home! 2 bedroom 1 bath- Full kitchen, Fenced yard, friendly and safe neighborhood good for walks! Short drive to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, and New Port Richey, St. Pete and Tampa. So many things close to the house- restaurants, grocery-supermarkets, golf courses, dolphin tours, kayaking. Tarpon Springs sponge docks, and a short drive to Crystal River to swim with the manatees!Home has large dining table for family dinner or work space! Everything was as advertised and the house was scrupulously clean. Kitchen was well appointed and fenced back yard was wonderful for our small dog. We had an issue with the clothes dryer breaking and a new set was delivered the next day. Mike and Lisa are great to work with. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!!

Great house near downtown Tarpon Springs and Sunset beach

I stayed for work and loved the house. It was welcoming and comfortable. I cooked most of my meals and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and I was 10 minutes from the beach and the sponge docks. Highly recommend!

Spring Training

Although small, this property was perfect for my wife and I and our 2 little dogs. It was clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Half an hour to the Phillies Spring Training site. Also Tarpon Springs was fun to check out.

Breaking bread with family and friends

We had a lovely stay and thank you so much for sharing your home. We most enjoyed family gatherings with my daughter, grandson, and DIL. We ate delicious Puerto Rican dishes prepared by my DIL and ate Greek food at Mr. Souvlaki. We enjoyed browsing around Tarpon and looking in the shops. We hope to come back again.

Home away from Home

This was a really nice place to live for a few weeks. The neighborhood is very quiet. While it's not on the beach, it is close to so many options for parks and beaches. Nice big kitchen and dining area. Washer and dryer can hold HUGE loads. Coffee/tea bar was a real treat. 👌 Beach chairs and towels were provided. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Stay in the sun

This property was accurately listed. The house was very clean. All necessary items were available in the kitchen. The beach buggy and chairs were a definite plus. The neighborhood was quite and secure. Improvements the the backyard would have been improved it rentability. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Comfortable, Cozy and Quiet!!

We had a very pleasant 3-week stay in this clean, comfortable, beach-themed home. Everything being on one level is important to us. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and good for walking. There is a lot of natural light flowing into the spacious kitchen and dining area, and even into the bath area, which has a bright, roomy shower and vanity with plenty of space and storage. Comfy beds and pillows. The fenced backyard was so handy and fun for our pups, and the home is truly pet friendly. Plenty of kitchen items and supplies, bed and bath linens and supplies, and beach chairs and towels for visiting nearby Fred Howard Park and Beach (really nice). Both check in and check out were simple and easy. Thanks, Lisa! We had a great time!
