We are the coolest hosts on the planet! You will love it here!

Soak up the Florida sun with this cozy in-law suite with an amazing oasis in the back. This is a single family house with an in-law apartment that is on the bottom with 3 private entrances. The pool area is shared with the owners with an option to not share with the owners for an additional $50 per night and has two separate sides of all the complete comforts such as grill, lounges, chairs and tables. The owners are super cool, down to earth mid-life people. Need not worry, you will still have your privacy. In the end 100 times better than what you will get at a Hilton with much needed space and all the fixings for a much smaller price tag.

Ashley and her family were wonderful guests! They stayed for three days, were friendly, respectful, and took great care of our home. They left everything clean and in excellent condition. We're so glad they had a great time, and it was a pleasure hosting them. We'd be happy to welcome Ashley and her family back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Cute little place!

This place is nice. It's the bottom floor of the renters home so there is some noise from movement upstairs. The pool area was neat, the pool was clean with lots of floaties to use. Great space for 2 adults and 2 kids!

Beautiful getaway!

Well to start everything was so perfect. Very close to all kinds of shopping and food. The property itself was amazing. Clean and spacious with ample closets and dressers. Beautiful chill area out back by pool. The pool area has sun and shade areas, lights at night and in the pool. Loved the bathroom access right from pool area made clean up and changing a breeze. Thanks for everything can't wait to come back.

GREAT FAMILY STAY

If you are looking for that perfect, peaceful getaway for the whole fam, this is the place for you! The hosts are absolutely amazing folks! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Andrew and Nicole made us feel welcome and made sure we was happy with our stay! They had everything we needed to make us feel at home! It was so good we didn't want to leave. We made friends with Andrew and would definitely without a doubt return to this vacation spot! I definitely recommend you ask Andrew about a trip out on his boat during your stay! I promise you wont regret it!! Thank you Andrew and Nicole for opening up your home to us and showing us the BEST first family vacation we could have ever ask for!! I cant rave enough about our experience!!

My wife, Melanie, and I stayed here from June 26–29 while celebrating our anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Andrew and his wife made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, and their kindness and thoughtfulness turned a great vacation into a truly memorable one. We weren't treated like guests—we were treated like family and friends. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and it was obvious that a great deal of care has gone into making it a place where guests feel at home. What really sets this property apart, though, is the hosts. Andrew and his wife are genuine, caring, fun, and some of the most hospitable people we've ever met. Their warmth made all the difference, and we left feeling like we had made new friends. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in the Holiday, Florida area.Thank you, Andrew, for helping make our anniversary one we'll never forget!

Thank you, Charles. You and Melanie are absolutely amazing! You are a special fresh breath of air and look forward to seeing you when we head in your direction in October. It's nice easy going people like you that are outgoing and fun to talk to and hang out with that makes us love hosting. Safe travels my friend.
