Amazing two bedroom, two bath cottage located just 3 blocks from Main Street! Completely updated, this incredible home is the perfect fit whether you are here work or play! From the open and airy living room with windows all around to the dining room and full kitchen, gleaming hardwood floors flow through out and the splash of area rugs give a comfy I'm at home feeling. The master suite lays claim to a Queen bed updated French Provincial side tables and chest, and is completed by an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom, welcomes you with Scandinavian modern pieces and King bed, as well as a hall bath with a skylight window over the tub/shower combo.
Take a walk to Main Streets shopping, restaurants and wine tasting, then come on back to Peach Haus to finish off a perfect day on the patio where you will find a conversation seating around the gas fire pit to sip your favorite wine! Make your reservations now for a perfect stay at a perfect home!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Birthday Girls Trip!

The owner was there when we arrived. She gave us several recommendations for diner. Both were amazing. The house was darling and the location was perfect. We will come again. Highly recommend!!

Great stay

My friend and I stayed here and it was such a great stay. The property was as listed. There is everything you need for a comfortable visit to Fredericksburg. The location is on a quiet street not to far from Main Street. We met the owners, very nice & friendly.

Very nice house that offers a relaxing homey feeling. We would definitely stay there again as well as recommend this house to any of our friends looking for a nice place to rent while visiting Fredericksburg. It is really close to the downtown area as well as other activities to enjoy.

Such a pleasant stay

Easy booking and easy check in. House was so cute and comfortable. Not a long walk to Hill & Vine and Main Street. Quiet at night and beds are comfortable. Will stay again in the future.

Spring break relaxation

Property was amazing! Quiet neighborhood and close to Heb and Main Street. Had everything a couple would need - plenty of room, towels and hot tub was a nice touch to end the day. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to experience Fredericksburg and enjoy peaceful surroundings.

Absolutely Charming!

Stayed in this charming 2-bedroom cottage near the main square in Fredericksburg, and it was a fantastic experience! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and well-kept, making it a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring. While there’s a hot tub, we didn’t get a chance to use it this time, but it’s a nice amenity to have. The neighborhood was also charming and peaceful, adding to the whole experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Fredericksburg!

Sister Trip

Rating We loved our stay! We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Peach Haus the beds were comfy and the water was hot! We ate in most of the time and had all the pots, pans, utensils we needed. The house is limited on seasonings but we had our own. Peach Haus is within walking distance to town but we decided to drive so we wouldn’t be walking home in the dark. Although we didn’t have time, the fire pit, jacuzzi, and outdoor area certainly looked inviting. Also got to meet she owners who are very nice. We would definitely consider Peach Haus on our next trip!

Alone at Last

My husband and I spent a week at Peach Haus while our son was at CAMP C.A.M.P. We enjoyed the location. It’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house is cozy and equipped with most everything one needs. We enjoyed the hot/cold tub. It felt refreshing in the 100° heat. We would stay here again.

Location was great. The property was clean and comfortable. Light and fan in master didn't work. when switch was turned on there was spark. Fan in living room is way to noisy to use.

Short Weekday Trip to Fredericksburg

The house was absolutely perfect! We had more than enough room. It was super cute! It was so quiet on that street. It had everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the dishes we needed to make breakfast. We very much enjoyed the hot tub. We also enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit, but it was too hot outside to light. We want to come back in a cooler season to do that. We highly recommend this house!

Bad location

We were told the cottage was within walking distance to Main Street. It was a 20 minute walk in the heat! We would have been better off staying at a hotel. We left early.

Peach Haus

The home itself is nice and on a nice quiet dead end street. Warning about the hot tub…it is on the side of the home with no exterior lighting so it is not usable after the sun goes down, when you would normally be wanting to relax and wind down. We had more issues than I will list but it was more with the management of the home than the home itself.

Charmer in heart of Fredricksburg

Immaculate place with great details. Do have to question on how lights I left on when we went out to dinner so we could see, only to find them turned off when returning back, made me wonder if someone went inside while we were gone? Also rule of no outside lights on after 10pm when wanting to enjoy sitting outside and not in the dark, doesn't make sense!

A few days with friends

We had a great stay, the location was perfect and the house was cozy and nice. I don't think walking to main is realistic and the ceiling fans were odd to operate but those are minor. My only complaint is all of the hidden fees attached after deciding to book the property. If it is two bedroom why is there an extra guest charge for just two couples stay? The nightly rate is not a good basis of price for budget planning.

Lovely house , walkable to Main Street, yet quiet and so comfortable! Perfectly clean and wonderful amenities with hot tub , and updated bath and kitchen . Would absolutely recommend and stay here again .
