気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、掲載情報の正確さ
Don't stay here, terrible experience, the neighbors were very loud at all hours of the night, yelling banging walls, slamming doors, playing music could hear through the walls, used condom on steps, shared balcony dirty, neighbor hung their laudary all over chairs, rails, Our AC went out the first night tried to call agent no answer, didn't even email to let us know they fixed the AC, only our floor was out, rest of building had electricity. The sofa looks nice in the picture, terrible to sleep on, sinks in the middle and one end area, Don't know why there is not a single chair to have a 3rd party to sit, if you had 3 people you would have to sit all 3 like bumps on a log on the sofa, the entrance couldn't get in on the code that was sent us, had to have another code sent, it is a tricky lock to unlock and the way people hang out, drinking on front porch, really don't feel comfortable standing at the door trying to open lock, stairwell very dirty. No cutting board in the kitchen and the 1 AC does not really cool the whole apartment when it is 90 plus degrees, the kitchen stayed warm. The neighors really put a damper in staying here how loud they were at 12-6 AM basically throughout the whole night. not a good place to stay would not recommend unless you are a night owl. Attempted to ask for a reductionn/comp Friday because that was the worse day with no sleeping the whole night and the AC/electricity going out on only our floor and the rental agent Angela never respond,
