This property is a custom 3 bed , 2 bath home built in 2022. Main floor has a great open floor plan, ready to host your family gatherings! Kitchen equipped with all new appliances and stocked with all essentials. The master is located on the main floor with king bed and attached full bath; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs with shared full bath and large loft area for relaxing. Outdoors enjoy the fire-pit or relax on the deck. 1.2 miles to downtown! Walking distance to adjacent hiking trails and just a 12 minute walk to Kelleys Island Winery!

Fabulous!

This house was perfect! Very comfortable beds, very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need. The location is great too and very convenient to activities while being away from it all. Nice side porch for reading a book or enjoying coffee. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful house

Loved our stay, home was beautiful and comfortable and well equipped. Everything was there, lots of supplies, spices, condiments etc, Quiet location away from, but not too far away from the fray, easy walk or bike. Would stay again.
