Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the wrap around balcony and the ceiling to floor windows throughout this 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront corner condo. This 1800 sq. ft. unit is located on the 5th floor of One Ocean Place with close proximity to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh Walk, Market Commons and fine dining.
This condo was purchased in August 2022 and was totally renovated and updated at that time with new dining, living, bedroom and patio furniture. Also you will enjoy new lighting, accessories, appliances, and wall mounted smart TV’s in the living room and in all bedrooms.
This condo sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with patio access and a view that allows you to stay in bed and watch the morning sun rise over the ocean. Bedroom #2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom . Towels and bed linens are provided.and beds made up upon your arrival
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, dishes, crockpot, toaster and blender. There is a fully equipped wet bar in the living room for ease in entertaining. Our unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The One Ocean Place pool deck has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the ocean.
This is a family-owned condo. We have lived in the area for over 30 years and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance. We are easily available with any questions or concerns to ensure that your vacation experience with us is worry-free. Sisters vacation

Once again, our home away from home was amazing!At this point, Maureen is family and I love actually getting to see her when we come! 3rd time renting from M&J but probably our 10th year in 501. We've stayed in multiple other condos at OOP and this one is our favorite! Kitchen is perfectly appointed with a few extras in case you need them! My daughter and friend love the chairs and umbrella on the beach more than anything else and while I can truly only speak to the king bed in the master, it's one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on.Thanks again for a wonderful week!

Fabulous stay with breathtaking views!

We had a wonderful stay at 501 One Ocean Place! Maureen was an excellent host and was always very respinsive! The condo was spotless and everything was beyond our expectations! We had a special family vacation and would definitely consider staying here again!

Excellent property!

This condo is exactly what I wanted. Quiet part of the beach, comfortable furniture (including the balcony!!), master bedroom with balcony and windows on the beach. The corner unit has the perfect view of the sunrise every morning! We will be back!

Beautiful place

Wonderful Week

We have been coming to this area for many years and have stayed at various places. This is by far the nicest! It is spacious, beautifully decorated comfortable and spotless! Excellent unit

Condo was clean and well equipped. Had a small problem connecting to internet, but John was excellent to work with and he solved the problem very quickly. Loved the corner unit with its expansive view up and down the beach. We were fortunate enough to be there during the “hunter’s” moon, and it was just gorgeous seeing it come up over the ocean. Very happy with the unit and will return.

Winter Getaway

This place was absolutely perfect for our getaway from the gray, snowy and cold days of Michigan. From the moment we walked through the door we knew we had chosen well. The views of the ocean from everywhere you looked just set the mood for rest and relaxation! The patio furniture was perfect for enjoying the warm sun and a good book. It was easy to get to the beach for daily walks! Just perfect!

This condo is wonderful!!!

The condo was clean and very comfortable was was tastefully decorated. The balcony was large and had amazing views and comfortable furniture to sit on so you could enjoy the view. We have been to Myrtle beach many times and you can’t find any place better to stay than One Ocean Place. And, you will never find any owner nicer and easier to work with than Maureen. Thank you Maureen. We will return again soon.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUSLY

First and foremost, we have stayed at one ocean place every year for over a decade and specifically, 501 for the last 5+ years when it was listed with a local vacation realty service. When we were told it had been sold, we were crushed and I looked everywhere hoping to find it available for rent. Well...I found it, connected with Maureen and we just finished our stay. The renovation is spectacular! Blown away with this beauty and the attention to every detail from the granite countertops to the new appliances, to the beautiful new furniture and beautiful artwork. The bed (master bedroom is what I can attest to personally) gave me the best nights' sleep I've had in ages (thank you to those fantastic new blinds and amazing ceiling fans! We now want to order one!) Previously, 501 OOP had a fridge with no ice maker. That meant getting to the beach and immediately hopping back in the car to head to the store for ice at least. I had been communicating with Maureen ever since finding it on vrbo and enjoyed watching new pictures added as things were completed. She'd mentioned new appliances and I specifically asked if there would be an ice maker. Not only was there a beautiful new stainless steel fridge with ice maker, but she'd made sure there was an extra bin filled with ice and 2 full bags of ice in the freezer as well! Check in went seamlessly with all codes provided and clear instructions as did check out! We cannot wait to go back next year!

We’ve been staying at One Ocean since 2016. This condo was by far the homiest of any we’ve stayed in. Before going, the carpet worried us a bit because we’d never stayed in a unit with carpet in the main rooms but I’d be doing you a disservice if I didn’t tell you that we absolutely loved it.On top of that, the outside couch and chair were incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the tvs were a great touch that made it feel even more at home.If you’re thinking of staying here, do it.
