The ocean views begin as soon as you walk in the front door! Walk down the hall to the living room with 2 walls of ocean front floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door to the large balcony. The spacious balcony has a table and chairs for enjoying ocean front meals and 2 comfortable Adirondack-style chairs with table which are ideal to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the breathtaking daily sunrise and maybe some dolphins as well as a cocktail or glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset reflect across the ocean. Later in the evening enjoy the moonrise and reflection of the moon on the ocean with the comfort of the ocean breeze.

The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed and 2 swivel rocker chairs with a view of the large screen TV or panoramic views of the ocean. Hi strength Wi-Fi allows for easy streaming of your favorite shows and movies on the 42” HDTV with access to Netflix, Prime, HBO and other streaming apps. There is also a large dining table that seats 6 in large comfortable chairs plus three seats at the bar.


The kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinetry and it is stocked with new pots and pans as well as all the cooking utensils you need to create any meals you like. It has a Keurig coffee machine and a regular coffee maker as well. And the openness of the floor plan allows for ocean views right from the kitchen!

The large master bedroom has a King bed with a new Casper mattress and its own private bathroom and private balcony access. You can see amazing sunrises and the ocean right from your bed!! The master bathroom has been recently renovated and has a beautiful large walk in shower with large shower head and handheld sprayer. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a new mattress and private bath/shower combo. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds(also with new mattresses) and a full bath that is accessible from the bedroom or the hallway and has been recently renovated with a beautiful walk in shower. All bedrooms have TVs with remotes and a Xumo box to stream live TV or Apps such as Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.
Basic bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels are included with rental.

There is a full size washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack as many clothes and central heating and air.

One Ocean Place also has 2 crystal blue pools, 2 hot tubs and a large ocean front sun deck.

There are 2 elevators that provide handicapped access and convenience for everyone. Each unit at One Ocean Place is allowed 2 Parking Passes. Additional passes are not available. The garage is gated and there is 24 HR security on property.

Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, girl’s trip, golf trip or just time to take in the best oceanfront experience on the East Coast. One Ocean Place is ideally located right between the Garden City Pier and Surfside Beach piers, both less than 1.5 miles away. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, and are 1.2 miles north. The Garden City Pier, Sam’s Hot Dogs, Arcade and shopping are 1.2 miles South. Food Lion is 1 mile away and Walmart is close by as well. You are also minutes away from some of the best fresh seafood in the South at several Murrell’s Inlet restaurants and no vacation trip is complete without a trip to Frank’s on Pawleys Island.

The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.
