Located in highly sought after North Scottsdale area.
6 guests – 2 bedrooms – 2 bathrooms – loft with daybed and trundle.
Gated resort-style living in this second floor 2bed/2bath condo with loft (twin daybed with trundle). New stainless steel appliances with a fully stocked kitchen. New high-end home furnishings, flooring, and fresh paint throughout. Spacious living room with high ceilings and abundant natural lighting; new 60 inch Smart TV, equipped with Roku stick and Hulu Plus. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, 55 inch Smart TV complete with Roku stick, sound bar, DVD player and Hulu Plus. Extra sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, and pool towels are readily available. This condo boasts a private, shaded balcony that can be accessed from the living room or Master bedroom that overlooks a green space. Fully remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Other amenities include a free in-unit full size washer and dryer, iron, blow dryers, Keurig, coolers and even a tote to help carry your personal items and towels to the pool. There is also a full set of Riedel stem and stemless wine glasses, decanter to help you enjoy a relaxing evening on the balcony.
Check-in time maybe flexible with keyless entry. There is also reserved covered parking within feet of the condo’s front door.
Community amenities include pools, hot tub, grilling area, movie theater, fitness center, coffee bar, and walking paths. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, coffee house, boutiques are all within walking distance.
This is the best of both worlds, a quiet and serene condo in an ideal location. Perfect location to enjoy restaurants, shopping, dining, hiking, golfing, and special events, such as, Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Open, Spring Training and the 2024 Final Four! Snowbirds welcome! A great place to stay in N Scottsdale

This 2 bedroom condominium is the best furnished and accessorized VRBO we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The complex is conveniently situated and the fitness facility, heated pools, and hot tub are great. Don’t miss this home for your stay in the area. It is the best!

Great stay at Grayhawk

Spent 10 nights in late January early February at this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Edge in Grayhawk. Gated community in a great location with close access to restaurants, hiking, golf, etc. Owners were quick to respond with any issues and made the check-in, check-out process effortless. Great pool, workout facility and the welcome basket was icing on the cake. Will definitely look to stay here in the future.

Wonderful Condo

Very welcoming and well stocked with plenty of supplies, towels, etc. We received a big basket of goodies. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The host was very nice and answered all questions. Would stay again.

Lovely condo in a terrific location

Gray Hawk is a lovely area. The Edge is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but close to wonderful restaurants and shopping . The condo has been newly redone and has a lovely view from every room.

Excellent Condo with a great position

This condo was perfect for our trip - everything is close by and we were able to access the golf courses we wanted to play and our favourite restaurantsThe Condo was very well presented everything worked really well. Also Julie was very easy to communicate with and gave immediate replies to our queries. Highly recommend this Condo.

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay! This property was the perfect location for us. We were thankful that the owners go above and beyond to provide little extras for you. It was so nice to have small shampoos, soaps, laundry detergent, etc. there for our use. We also enjoyed the light snacks when we arrived after our day of travel. We were able to grocery shop the next day. Thank you!

Beyond my expectations! Loved everything about this experience, especially working with Tom and Julie. They have thought of everything, from reservations, planning, organization, and expectations. March The Edge Stay

Property was as described in VRBO listing. Very convenient to shopping and 101 loop. We enjoyed our stay even though the weather didn't cooperate. Would recommend this property. Just a suggestion: kitchen needs a serrated knife. We bought steak knives and used them to cut italian bread from farmers market.
