Spectacular home away from home for your perfect vacation!! Perched on a dune across from the Harbor on the way to the famous Grand Haven Beach. Minutes stroll to the charming shops and restaurants of downtown Grand Haven. Home is located in the heart of the action for summer festivals including the renowned Coast Guard Festival. Large backyard lawn for summer games which is rare so close to the water. Listen to the famous musical fountain nightly from the deck (and maybe even catch a glimpse). Just a few blocks to the local YMCA with pickleball courts, tennis courts, skate park, playground, etc. There is a Weber gas grill for your use to have a family barbecue and the upper deck and lower patio each have dining tables with umbrellas and Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the sun. The home is freshly decorated with clean furnishings and bedding. Open kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need for cooking and dining. Includes free internet, two wide screen televisions, a king bedroom with tv, second bedroom has a queen and a twin, and a pullout Queen sleeper in the lower entertainment area. Sleeps six comfortably. Note bedrooms are located in the walkout lower level which requires going downstairs.

Excellent location and great property! 5-6 minute walk to the downtown area and to the musical fountain. The homeowner literally thought of everything you need as you stay.

Our family of four loved our stay at this property. Fantastic location! Well-equipped kitchen for meal prep and storage. Great outdoor space. Incredibly comfortable beds. Easy check-in. Great communication with the owners. We would stay here again.

Convenient and Clean

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very easy and accessible. The walk to the beach is about a mile, but the location is perfect distance to other restaurants and shops.

Beautiful home great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, had a great location and home owner was very nice. We walked/biked everywhere. The beach isn’t too far for a long walk.

Perfect house for our family of 5! Clean, great space, and perfect location. We walked almost everywhere and could even watch the musical fountain from our deck! Great host too, very easy to work with!

Top notch

Michelle was a great communicator and made sure our visit was amazing. The house itself is great and every detail was thought through. From the top deck, you can even see and hear the musical fountain. The driveway holds two vehicles which is super helpful for busy season.

Love the Location Near Everything, Really Clean an

When we arrived, I really loved the location of this house. It was also really beautiful inside and Very Clean, new furniture, nice colors. It is an up on a hill . Got great breezes and sunlight everywhere from all the windows. Very pleasant. Could walk down the hills a short way to the downtown. Really feels like it is peaceful where it is but so close to everything.. There is just something really nice here on a lot of levels going on here!

Magnificent location

Truly an awesome home ! The home was comfortable , beautifully furnished and spacious . We enjoyed having the beach chairs available as well as the beach towels. The outdoor space was so nice and we enjoyed the Tiki toss game on the lower level ! Location is prime ! Close to walk to restaurants , shopping , the boardwalk , and ice cream.. .No complaints !! Thank you Michelle for quick response to inquiries!! We highly recommend this home .

Very impressed! Excellent stay highly recommended!

My wife and 1 year old boy stayed at this property for almost a week and were impressed from the moment we walked in. Everything was very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. The rental was stocked with everything you need from kitchen items, bath, and even beach stuff which was really great as we did not bring any! The location could not have been better. Just a few blocks walk to the river or to downtown. The patio was great to sit out and relax during the day or catch the water fountain show at night. The owner was also very nice and great to rent from. We will definitely come back here again and I would recommend this place to anyone interested in the Grabd Haven area!

Awesome Grand Haven House in Best Location!

Great house only one block from channel and short walk to the beach abd pier and all the cute little shops and numerous restaurants. Perfect location! House is very spacious and immaculate with all the comforts of home! We really appreciated use of the backpack beach chairs and beach towels. Loved the back porches with the relaxing Adirondack chairs and ottomans. Manager Lisa is so nice and was there waiting when we arrived and answered all our questions about the town and of course the house. We had a fantastic first trip to Grand Haven and will definitely be coming back and hopefully get to stay in this house again. We had so much fun - rented tandem bicycles, tried Pronto Pups (yum! and apparently a Grand Haven tradition), tried ice cream and froyo shops on every corner, good restaurants, shopping, went kayaking, sunsets on the beach, and topped off each night watching the beautiful musical fountains! Can't wait to come back!

Loved our visit!

Great location! Walk and bike ride anywhere! Very clean, very comfortable, just feels very homey. Enjoyed our morning coffee out on the deck. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

Wonderful location!

Terrific stay at this spotless house. Everything was as indicated on the site, and Lisa was very helpful to us. Had a small issue with the city water, but Lisa and her husband took care of it immediately. Would definitely rent again!

Adorable! And in a prime location. You can walk everywhere- to coffee, to ice cream, to dinner and to the beach. The yellow door helps set the intention of cottage. I loved this little place. Very charming.

Great Location and well stocked.

Out of all of our vacation properties we have visited this one likely was the best stocked. The kitchen had everything we wanted to use, much more than other rental properties when we have rented previously. Additionally they had a bunch of beach stuff for us to use, and it was great we didn't need to pack those things for our trip. You couple that with a great location, just a couple minutes from the downtown and this was a fantastic rental. The place was well kept and the host was kind and responsive.
