The condo is located 1 mile from Good Harbor Beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunsets, and bonfires. The condo is near The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the villages of Glen Arbor, Fishtown-Leland, Lake Leelanau, and Suttons Bay. Bike trails, local shops, wineries, golf courses, charter fishing, rock hunting, ski resorts, and tasty restaurants are some of the highlights of things to do in the area.
The condo is located approximately 20 minutes from Traverse City.

The condo includes a large bedroom with a new King Tempur-Pedic bed and a his and hers walkthrough closet with an attached laundry room. In the bedroom there is also an attached full bathroom that has a tiled shower with multiple heads and body sprays and a heated tile floor. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware, bakeware and brand new appliances. The living room has a 55” TV, sofa, sitting chair, and open concept dining table and butlers pantry. There is also a deck off the living room a few feet from the golf course that has a grill and bistro table and chairs. On the entryway there is a covered porch with a bench.
