We had an amazing stay! The house was extremely clean and the house had a great open floor-plan and flow to the outdoors. Very quite neighborhood area with close proximity to hiking, beaches and wineries. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved this house! We go up north a few times each year and this is one of our favorites yet, it is a perfect location, clean, comfy with a fun vibe. Great outdoor spaces- very comfortable beds. Cannot say enough about how much we love this house!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this peaceful and immaculate property with a great kitchen and amenities. Dianne and Tom provide so many thoughtful everyday items like coffee and tea. We liked how quiet the location is (especially in the evening) yet 5 - 20 minutes from so many spots like Good Harbor Beach, Glen Arbor/Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Leland. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd stay at Tom and Dianne's home. They are always quick to reply and very nice to work with. It's a cute home with all the little things that are nice to have. The beds are comfie. We didn't use much of the house other than to sleep and relax at night, but they have bags and a bonfire area. We did enjoy viewing the stars at night from right out the back door. If you have a small group it's a great place, in an awesome location.

An excellent vacation rental! Super clean, tastefully decorated, many thoughtful touches like fully equipped kitchen, paper products, etc. Even wine & chocolates! The sauna was a great touch, as well as the comfortable outdoor spaces. We love to explore Leelanau, but it as hard to leave the comfort of the home. Tom & Diane were quick to respond to our questions & were fantastic hosts!

Beautiful and relaxing home

I was blessed to stay in such a beautiful house which has all of the amenities needed to relax and unwind. It is located in the most beautiful area in the country and the house is close tlo Leland, Northport, Sutton’s Bay, Glen Arbor, and Traverse City. There are several points of interest nearby like Good Harbor Bay, several wineries, shopping, boating, hiking, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. I am looking forward to returning next year Kim N. The house was very cute and so bright and colorful. Our family enjoyed our week stay, as there wasn't a thing we would change. The checkin was very easy with the keypad, as well as not having to worry about losing a key during the week was great. The beds were comfortable and the added bed lamps were nice to have, as well as the little night lights. The back deck area is wonderful for just hanging out or star gazing. The communication with Tom and Dianne was easy and they were always quick to reply and answer questions. We would definitely recommend it for a small family. Looking forward to staying again!

What a great stay! The house is perfectly appointed. You can tell by the quality and comfort of the furniture alone that it's a vacation home that is used by the owner's, not just a rental. The kitchen has everything you need. It was fun to watch turkeys every morning in the backyard. And the sauna was a treat on multiple nights. Would love to stay again.

Amazing property with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Beautiful setting amongst the trees in quiet area conveniently located two miles from Lake Michigan and just 10-15 minutes from Glen Arbor, Suttons Bay and Leland. Lots of nice touches including a bottle of Michigan wine and some chocolates. Host extremely responsive and there wasn’t a single thing that we needed that wasn’t already provided.

Unlike every other property we have booked with Vrbo, this property and the owners are without faults. The home actually offers MORE amenities than the listing provides. The house is new. Everything worked flawlessly, even the A/C on a day that reached 90 degrees. The owners responded quickly to our questions. We would stay here again without question!
