Peaceful Oasis in the Woods, just 30 minutes to Nashville!

Charming and secluded, this Pegram, TN home is on 8 acres bringing you relaxation, peace, and calm from big city living, yet you are close enough to head to Nashville! With 2000 square feet, you have plenty of space to enjoy games, music, or movies with family and friends. The kitchen is well-equipped and you can make the perfect cup of coffee to enjoy on the back deck where you will be surrounded by nature. The home is modern and recently renovated.

The Home
The home has two full living rooms, a game room, a reading/music nook, a kitchen, and a dining room in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen has new appliances, an open concept, and all your cooking basics. The dining table is directly next to the kitchen and is bench style.

The upper level living room has a beautiful wood burning fireplace, a sofa, and 2 chairs making it the perfect gathering space for conversation.

The lower level living room has the 65" smart tv, a loveseat, and 2 chairs creating another gathering space for movies or conversation.

Next to the lower level living room is the game space (my favorite). It is in a bay window with a bench seat so everyone can get in on the fun. It includes plenty of entertainment from board games to card games.

The reading and music nook is next which also allows for quiet time in the oversized chair or you can pop on a record for some tunes. We welcome any music suggestions from our guests!

The laundry room is near the game room and features a new washer and dryer. Perfect for those staying a little longer :)

The lower level bathroom has a full bathtub. The upper level bathroom has a shower.

It is in the country so cell phone service is limited unless you have AT&T. Fortunately, Xfinity services the internet and the wifi is strong enough to manage up to 8 devices with an ultrafast plan (download speed at 900 Mbps and upload speed at 20 Mbps). It’s been perfect handling important work calls to Netflix streaming.

The back patio has 6 chairs for lounging and is surrounded by the woods. It’s a favorite spot for most!

Guests are free to use all parts of the home (except 2 locked owners closets) including the 8 acres and very large front yard by the creek. All surrounding properties are private so please do look out for property lines :)

There are two outside security cameras facing the street. They will light up which is helpful at night.

Christmas/NYE stay

Had an absolute blast during our stay!!! About 30 min outside of Nashville which we enjoyed, peaceful and easily met all of our needs. Super cute house, we really loved all of the space and both of the inside/outside fireplaces.

Relaxing

This property is perfect to come back to after spending a day downtown. Very lovely location. Enjoyed sitting on the deck amongst the trees.

Perfect for a family

We stayed for 6 days with my son’s family and it was the perfect spot away from the hustle bustle of the city. Loved the two levels to give separate spaces for the kids. Great porch for relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I would stay here again!

Perfect retreat in the woods with lots of entertainment nearby!

We had an amazing (early) Christmas celebration here! Our family “met in the middle” (WI and TX) and this was the perfect spot to spend time with 6 adults & 2 dogs. The nearby hiking is excellent, as is walking through the neighborhood. We loved its proximity to Nashville and all of the entertainment there. The house was stocked with all essentials and more - so many thoughtful touches. We can’t wait to return someday!

Perfect Stay Outside of Nashville

We loved the location of this home. There was plenty of seclusion, but also you are close enough to neighbors if you need help. The host communicated well with us prior to the trip and during our stay. This home does have a good amount of stairs so keep that in mind prior to booking. The kitchen area is on the 2nd level, as well. The accommodations were very clean, and the host even leaves some goodies and snacks to have during your stay. There is a gas grill on the 2nd level that we didn't utilize; however, the option is nice to have if you stay in for dinner. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Lovely property!

The listing was very accurate, and we really enjoyed the thoughtful preparation of the space. Overall: quiet and peaceful location, great host communication, not too far from Nashville, and all the comforts of home. 10/10 would recommend!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed for a weekend the place was really nice decorated well stocked with things if you needed they had snacks & a bottle of wine. They also had a little pet station with snacks .Very nice would definitely stay there again. We enjoyed it very much.

Relaxing week in a peaceful location

This has to be the most beautiful and most well thought out rental we've ever stayed at. The porches are amazing, the home truly feels like home away from home. There is nearly zero traffic. The kitchen is stocked well with cookwares and essentials, and the host left yummy snacks for the kids and pups! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again when we come back to the area!

Cozy In The Woods

We stayed at this property while visiting our son who lives in Nashville. It worked great for our 4 night stay. The home is beautifully decorated with cozy touches throughout. My granddaughter absolutely loved all of the available board games and of course the fairy light sitting area. The bay window reading nook was also a cozy chill spot. Communication with Aubrey was awesome. Anytime that I had a question she was so quick to respond to my messages! The brand new grill was awesome when we had steaks one night. There is a new outdoor fire pit, but we didn’t have time to use it. There is a nice deck off of the master bedroom with lights that we enjoyed in the evening time & also a covered front porch that was great for morning coffee when it rained a few times. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of extra blankets! If you are looking for a cozy stay in a country setting, but still within driving distance of the city, you won’t be disappointed with this property!

Tucked away all quiet and serene, this was a great place to balance out the city energy in Nashville

Clean, quiet, dark at night for stargazing, board games galore and plenty of space for our family of four. It really was a perfect setting and stay for our trip to Nashville. Aubrey was most excellent with communication, couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great place to get away!

Spent the week of Christmas with family from out of state and out of the country. Happened to be during Pegram’s coldest temps in years and the pipes froze, which resulted in no water for a few days (water came back on Christmas Eve). The neighbors were absolutely amazing and provided water for us. One neighbor even offered his home for hot showers. Owner of the property (Aubrey) offered to cover expense of a hotel if needed and still issued a very generous refund for our inconvenience. Aside from issues beyond anyone’s control, great place to vacation and get away from the city! Would love to come back again!

Weekend getaway

Rapid and professional communication! Home was as described and very comfortable. Loved the pet friendly touches! Quiet area but also not far from town. I would definitely book here again for another Nashville weekend trip!

Wonderful property

Communication with owner was great. We had numerous questions prior to arrival that were answered quickly. Check in was super easy and the house was wonderful. Very clean and quiet. Even though it’s 22 miles from Nashville, it only took 45 minutes Friday night to get downtown and 50 minutes Saturday to get to the Opry. They had snacks and a bottle of wine on arrival and A pet station with treats for our dog. Definitely 5 stars!!! The bed in the Master was super comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood, peaceful house

Nice quiet house with plenty of trees for a peaceful atmosphere. Not far from Nashville sights, only took 40 minutes to get to the zoo. It was nice going back to the peace of the outdoors and Tennessee's natural beauty. The reading nook was the perfect place for my 4-year-old to play.
