Kingston Cabin with Pool - 30 mins from Nashville

Welcome to our stunning log cabin with designer finishes throughout. Nestled on 1.3 acres with a pool & located less than 30 mins from Downtown Nashville.

Featuring 3 enormous bedrooms, a bunk area, 3 bathrooms, 2 games rooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining, screened porch, incredible back patio & pool deck overlooking the lawn.

After a day of lounging by the pool, spend your evenings sitting around the fire pit, dining out on the patios or enjoying indoor arcade games or shooting pool with family & friends.

Located in the quaint town of Kingston Springs, there are countless local hikes to enjoy or spend time floating down the Harpeth River utilizing one of the many Canoe rental companies. There are several adorable restaurants, cafe’s & antique stores to visit & a personal favorite of ours not to be missed is ‘The Land’, open Thursday - Sunday, you’ll enjoy a line out the door sort of atmosphere as you come to enjoy the incredible setting & traditional English fare. You can even reserve an authentic English High Tea, an experience not often replicated outside of the UK.

Here’s a detailed explanation of the home’s layout to help provide a better understanding of what to expect:

The Main Living Room is open to the kitchen and dining area and features a decorative only fireplace with flat screen TV above and lots of seating to relax with family.

The Dining Room contains a table to comfortably seat 8 and enjoys views to the back patio, screened porch and swimming pool areas.

Our Kitchen has a large pantry for food storage, a full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. You have use of all your traditional pots, pats and appliances you’d tend to have at home, so enjoy a home cooked meal together while visiting.

The Laundry Room includes a large washer and dryer and a small supply of laundry detergent & dryer sheets for your use.

The Screened-in Porch overlooks the pool and contains comfortable dining seating for 10 people plus a wall-mounted flat screen TV for outdoor movie time.

The Back Patio features a gas fire-pit and Adirondack chairs along with an additional outdoor dining table to comfortably seat another 10 people.

The Garage has been converted to a games room for the kids and includes a full-size arcade machine, a foosball table and area to play games. There’s even a couple of scooters the kids can use in the driveway.

The Master Bedroom is located on the Main Level. It features a plush King Bedroom Set, spacious closet and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. There is also a flat screen TV mounted to the wall. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed).

The Bunk Area is also located on the main level and features a Twin Bunk Bed with additional pull out Twin Trundle beneath. It is located adjacent to the 2nd full bathroom in the home that includes a tub/shower combo. (Sleeps up to 3 people on 3 beds).

Bedroom #2 is located upstairs. This room is huge and contains 2 x Queen Beds and 2 x Twin Beds. (Sleeps up to 6 people on 4 beds)

Bedroom #3 is also located upstairs. It has a King Size bed and an additional Twin Day Bed with Twin Trundle Underneath. There is also a flat screen TV mounted to the wall & roll-away Twin bed located in the closet. (Sleeps up to 5 people on 4 beds).

Bathroom #3 is located upstairs centrally between bedrooms 2&3 and is beautifully spacious with double vanities & tub/shower combo.

The Loft. This is our favorite spot to hang out. With a combination of lounge chairs and a lovely slate-bed pool table to challenge each other to a game while watching the wall-mounted TV. Enjoy!

Last couple of notable mentions. If you are traveling with a toddler, we do keep a ‘pack and play’ & bumbo seat at the house for you to use during your stay. There is also parking space for up to 4 cars.

As with all our pools, the standard season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
