所有者/アーティスト自身の作品だけでなく、ユニークなプライベートアートコレクションを特徴とする活気のある装飾で上品に装飾されています。 すべてのアートワークを購入できます。
4ベッドルーム、2つのフルバス、フルキッチンの隣のダイニングエリア。 キッチンのすぐそばにある3階建ての美しい眺めの広い2階のリビングエリア
マスターはプライバシーのために最上階にあり、ジャグジー浴槽と角窓からの素晴らしい眺めがあります。
2階の大きなベッドルームは3名様までご利用いただけ、大画面テレビを備えたお子様に最適です。
階下のリビングエリアには、ビリヤード台、会議台、4つの革張りの椅子、Apple TVを備えた大画面のサラウンドサウンド、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫があります。

Chris was wonderful, meeting us in person to give us a tour and showing us things we may need to know. The house is spacious and was perfect for our group. And the game / theater room was a hit for our young adult children!

The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The home lived up to the photographs and was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was fine. The downstairs had a projector attached to the ceiling and was perfect for movie night. We also played games downstairs as well. The living room has a great western view that is perfect for sunset. The kitchen was well stocked and very roomy for cooking. It was a great stay enjoyed by all.

This home was perfect for our extended family to meet and enjoy Christmas together. Our family of 5 had plenty of room together and in spectate places. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and seasonings. Morning coffee on the deck or in the living room with its floor to ceiling windows was so peaceful. Our family enjoyed daily walks up the mountain. We had short drives to downtown Franklin and the Natchez Trace.

The home is beautiful with very nice artwork, there was a dog smell because of all the carpet in the home, I would suggest the owner put out air fresheners or bring your own. The driveway is steep but manageable! Over all we really enjoyed our stay!!

This woody retreat was such a nice change from some of the sterile places we have stayed in. The walls are covered in fun, colorful artwork. The main living area is comfy and bright with a woody view. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Hosts left some goodies, which was a really nice touch. Four nice bedrooms and a great TV area equipped with a pool table and space to play games and enjoy family. Definitely had a feel of being in the mountains. Not far from downtown Franklin where we found excellent restaurants and entertainment areas. The hosts responded quickly.

Beautiful home

House is beautiful without a doubt. Overall we had a great experience. A couple small things.. the house is on a massive steep hill. I think it is important to disclose that on the description of the listing. Sometimes people have medical situations that make steep hills harder to get around OR just making sure you bring the right vehicle to get up the hill! It is kind of like a roller coaster going up and down. One more thing, in the master bedroom there was some kind of bugs in the tub. It’s in a wooded area, but maybe just spraying for bugs or preventing them would be good! Other than those couple things the house is beautiful. Hosts are nice and helped us when the internet went out. ( not their fault.. fault of the internet provider) They called and got it fixed asap!

Home Away from Home at Christmas

We had nothing but a wonderful experience with this booking. The owners were so hospitable and even left us apple our and ice cream to welcome us to the home. They put up and decorated a Christmas tree and staged some wrapped empty boxes to add to the experience for our Home away from home at Christmas.the driveway is definitely steep so prepare for that but the view and home were just perfect! Our dogs loved the walls around the property and I particularly loved the artwork and the coffee time on the balcony! Literally 5 minutes from Loveless Cafe! Would definitely book here again.

Great property, lovely owners

We needed to rent the property out for a video production over a couple of days. Both owners were not just understanding and helpful, but genuinely interested in our project and making the production as easy for us as possible. They were delightful to speak with, great communicators, and went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend.

5-Star VRBO Review: A Perfect Family Getaway in Franklin, TN

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! There was plenty of space for everyone, with comfortable places to sleep and gather. The downstairs entertainment room was a highlight, it felt like a getaway within a getaway and was a favorite spot for us to relax and have fun. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed or could have wanted, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—close to downtown Franklin, Nashville, the airport, hiking trails, vineyards, and more. While the driveway initially seemed steep, it was no trouble at all. We did notice a faint smell in some areas, and a few updates here and there could make this home even more exceptional, but it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The hosts were incredibly welcoming—they greeted us upon arrival, showed us everything we needed to know about the house, and even left us a delicious sticky bun treat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Franklin area!

Beautiful property

Daughter's Wedding

We rented this property for our family as we were in town for our daughter's wedding. The house was beautiful and we were all very comfortable. Chris and her husband greeted us at the house and showed us where things were and how they worked which was very helpful. There were many things supplied that were were so appreciative of. We loved and used the firepit as well. It was a wonderful to stay here.

Top of the hill Franklin Tennessee

Really enjoyed our stay. We were close enough for all that Nashville has to offer but also has a get away from it all! Owner was easy to deal with and we had great communication. House was large enough for us to have our own space. We were a small group of three but house would handle eight or more guests. House was well maintained butcould use a little bit of upgrades. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the piece and quite of this home!

Wonderful stay at Chris and JD’s Hilltop Escape

We had a very peaceful relaxing stay at Chris and JD’s home. The theater room downstairs was super comfy and we were able to watch my old favorite movies in honor of my 50th birthday. The kitchen is very well stocked. The family is super communicative and sweet. We loved our stay.

Tranquility on the hill

We had 9 of us come from all over the US to be together for Thanksgiving. It was so wonderful to have the space we needed to spread out but also come together for fellowship. Worked out PERFECT for us and the view out the windows is breathtaking. Chris and JD were excellent hosts with such wonderful spirits. We will definitely be back.

Hi. We are Don & Chris Wise. We have been married for 50 years and have made Middle Tennessee our home of the last 30 years. JD Wise (Don) is an artist and his works can be found throughout our home and exclusively at Nina Kuzina Gallery in Nashville. He is also a Dove-nominated producer.
Chris is a decorator, loves to sing and is mother of 3 and proud grandmother of 6.

We purchased the property because it reminded us of a year-round retreat. We have had artist, authors, editors, song writers and vacationers all spend quite a bit of time brainstorming, creating and just plain relaxing here.
There are plenty of deer grazing the property (they think it's theirs), as well as whippoorwills, squirrels, owls, and turkeys.
Our favorite thing is to sit under the bright stars at night with a glass of wine and tune into relaxing music.
We know you will enjoy the peace and quiet as much as we do!
