Don’t touch alarm panel, it will unravel a series of events that include the police and fire department
Garbage disposal: garbage should be placed outside of the provided bins, Tuesdays recycle garbage and Wednesdays regular garbage all outside .
Children must be attended all the time by the pool with a responsible adult to avoid accidents. Rest ot the rules are inside the house in a folder.

Fantastic Home in Great Location!

The home is charming. It is very clean and comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. Exactly as described in the pictures. Everything worked perfectly. It is located in a quiet gated community and very close to gas stations, supermarkets and other conveniences. Perfect location for my event and only a short drive to Disney Parks. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I experienced no problems although I was there during hurricane Milton. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

NOT a cheerful pool home

After driving from Pennsylvania to Daytona the pick up friends at the airport we arrived at the house. Front yard could use some landscape clean up but not a factor in my review. House was nice with seperate rooms & bathrooms. Was dying to jump in the hot tub then "BAM" 50 degree water in the pool & hot tub. I build pools & spas for a living & noticed there was not gas line going to the heater. So advertising this as a cheerful pool home & having this as your main photo is very misleading. I have Capital one & called them day 1 to complaine. Ed

The property was very nice upon arrival. I don’t have anything negative to say except the shower in the master bedroom it’s was awkward and could stand a bit of an upgrade.

Awesome Experience

Great family neighborhood, very clean, good quality bedding and my favorite - ceiling fans in every room. Property was stocked with all daily necessities you can think of- from soaps to kitchen and laundry supplies. I can go on, by you get the idea …….! Thank you Josefina.

Nice house but be aware of a few things

I will start off by saying that the house is pretty nice and it was conveniently located to the places we went. We did not do Disney or Universal so I can't speak to that. It does have a pool and whirlpool tub but it was not disclosed that they were not heated so the water was pretty cold. When we asked about turning heat on, she said she expects people to ask before you book. She deliberately doesn't put it in the listing so you assume it's heated given the picture of a pool and hot tub. The host was very accommodating when we had an unexpected change in plans that put a couple extra people with us last minute. Our major issue is that they have cameras inside the house. This is a violation of VRBO policy. There is also a camera in the pool area which per VRBO policy is allowed, but must be disclosed in the listing. Guests must also be given the option to have it disabled. I understand wanting to protect your investment but that is a major invasion of privacy and caused us a fair amount of anxiety. The neighborhood was OK but the main gate wasn't closed so it's not actually functioning as a gated community. The host did provide plenty of towels, bedding, dishes and miscellaneous spices which was all really nice. Another reviewer mentioned ants, we noticed one or two but they were obviously being kept in check. Overall it is a nice house in an OK neighborhood. Just be aware and protect yourself.

Gepflegtes Haus in einer schönen Anlage.

Das Haus ist nur wenige Minuten von Orlandos Innenstadt entfernt. In einer ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage. Das Haus war sauber und soweit alles wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben es sehr genossen. Einziger Nachteil man konnte den wirlpool nicht benutzen da man ihn niergends einschalten konnte. Aber so waren wir sehr zufrieden und können es guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Nice house with cameras and ants

I will start with the positive. This house was immaculate. It felt very much like home. This is a home you can stay for weeks. It has everything but a blow dryer. It was a four bedroom house with only 3 bedrooms listed available. There were more than enough beds for the 5 of us though. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice. Now for the negative, we found little ants in the master bathroom and large ants in the kitchen. We called the property manager, but she did not come through with spraying the house or providing bug spray. We left food on the kitchen counter that ended up with ants on and in the snacks. There were cameras in the house and out by the pool which was not noted in the description. The water did not get hot for showers. We accidentally figured out that if the sink water was on, the shower water warms up. If it wasn’t for the ants, I would definitely consider staying here again.
