The entire house was clean the house is so nice the neighborhood was nice the owner was so very nice and I appreciated how I was treated will definitely recommend and visit the property again

I arrived and had to wait for 2 hours outside the house, before getting details on how to enter the property. When I finaly spoke to the host, it felt like my booking had been forgotten. The swimming pool was faulty the whole duration of my stay, and even after an engineer fixed the inital fault I was still unable to use the pool due to pressure build up blowing off the filter cover and nearly flooding the surrounding properties. The host was away for 4 days and was slow to answer any issues, and concerns i had.

I’ll say this

The property is as described. Refrigerator wasn’t clean but they sent someone to clean the next day. The lil TV in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded and the firestick was missing. The AC unit was control by the renter and I froze the first two nights and I advised them and then the last two nights they got on the heat when it was 82 so I was overheated so please make sure you all adjust the fact that there’s three living quarters in one house and you need to have the controls be in the inside of the house of the renter. Moreover, they can control IT. But overall a nice house but the pool wasn’t cleaned so I couldn’t enjoy it either. 3 out of 5 stars because they were apologetic

Other renters extremely loud. Poor insulation.

Needs better sound proofing. The door to our unit was just a plastic interior door. No insulation. We could hear the other unit arguing and yelling like they were in our unit. Very uncomfortable for us.Pool area needs updating. Dirty and worn. Pool itself was nice. Even though we could not swim. WaterToo cool. Comfortable furniture.Child gate. Heated but would be 50.00 a day if they turned it on. The main area was nice. Updated Clean. High ceilings Roomy. Nice bathroom set ups. Bring washcloths turned the heater on.The ups. High .

Wonderful stay in Kissimmee

We found this a great place to relax after a busy day at the parks, the views of the lake are wonderful with lots of bird to watch. The bedrooms are one double and then one room for the kids, it has a small double size bed with a bunk on top and a trundle bed underneath if you need it. The other sleeping would be on the sofas in the lounge if you needed it but overall I would say this is more suited to a family of 4/5 rather than more people. There is everything you need within the kitchen if you will be catering for yourself and plenty of dining space too. The only reason I have not given this property 5* is that, as described, there are 2 studios which share the same entrance. This is not a problem in itself but there are vents above each of the doors so you can sometimes get a little noise and also need to be considerate to the other people occupying too. I would not let this put me off renting this accommodation again but just like to give the full picture. We had a great relaxing time in this villa, it's very comfortable and any minor issues were sorted promptly,
