Parking: Parking is free for our guests. However, please note the resort charges a one-time $25 access fee at check-in, which helps maintain the amenities you’ll enjoy during your stay.

Parking is free there are plenty of parking spots available right by the home.

There is a pet fee that is not included in the reservation total. If you plan to bring a pet, please feel free to ask.

Your comfort is our priority. We take great pride in making sure our guests feel at home from the moment they walk in.

Beautiful place! Felt like home. Very clean, felt safe, and family friendly resort. About 20 minutes from Disney parks and 30-40 minutes to Universal. Mariana was a great host! Would love to stay here again if we’re in the area!

What a great place to call home for a week. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped with anything we needed. Complex was quiet and offered many accommodations. Mariana our host was wonderful and very responsive.

Our hostess was wonderful. Any questions we had she answered quickly and completely. The home was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Beds comfortable. The screen in lanai with pool was perfect for relaxing. The community was so nice and a close drive to everything

We got together as a family for my mother‘s 80th birthday. The accommodations were very clean. The development had plenty of parking which was very convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable place. Kids enjoyed the pool. Property is equipped with all we needed. The only thing is that they don’t tell you in advance that you have to buy at the office a gate pass key which is only 25 per vehicle and it is not included in the listing.

The property was thoroughly cleaned. Upon arrival, the host immediately checked up on us to make sure everything was well. Explanation of all the rules and amenities was thorough and helpful. The host checked up on us frequently and answered questions in a timely manner. We had a great experience and would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mariana's place! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated all the details put into making us feel welcomed Each room was spacious with everything that was needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool which was well kept and cleaned. Loved the equipped kitchen. Location was excellent for what we had planned during our stay. Was peaceful and quiet. Mariana was also very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

Love the corner lot which made the pool area feel very open, and the back yard had a thick tree line in the distance where we watched squirrels, birds, and ducks coming out to explore the yard! The pool area had some pool toys and plenty of furniture to sit on to enjoy being outside. The house had everything we needed, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, tv’s to relax at night, a tall kitchen table and chairs where we played card games at night, pool lights to sit outside at night, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all of the basics (we brought our own griddle for specific meals) and instructions for checkin and out were clear and received in a timely manner! I had questions on the Internet code and for the tv, and the host was prompt to respond to each inquiry! Also the info we received on the resort complex helped too and we enjoyed those amenities as well, the community pool was nice, kids enjoyed the smoothies from the Tiki bar, and the hot tub was nice. It was a very nice place to vacation!

This house exceeded our expectarions. The picture does not do it any justice. Pool was nice and clean, rooms were great and spacious. Neighborhood quiet, peaceful, secured. Walking distance from resort. House provided fishing poles, the boys loved it! Host is the BEST! Responses to messages very quickly. Very understanding. Will most definitely book again when we come back next summer!
