Lovely home in a great neighborhood!! Private entrance. Excellent location. Brand New 2,300 Sq. ft 3 bedroom basement apartment located on stunning property, walking distance to neighborhood private beach/children's playground. Equipped with multiple TV's, a ping pong table, bar cart and many games, this home was built to entertain. The apartment also has a gym and a dedicated work space to fulfill all your needs. 2 parking spaces included with beautiful fenced in backyard. You'll enjoy the outdoor screen in porch and deck. There is a small shopping center with a boutique, many restaurants and a grocery and liquor store 1-2 minutes from the house or drive 10-15 minutes to visit downtown Annapolis, The United States Naval Academy ,Sandy Point State Park, and about 35 miles to Washington D.C./ Baltimore. Perfect for a family getaway, teleworkers, or just a weekend getaway with plenty to do in the vicinity (great Uber/Lyft proximity for Annapolis nightlife).

Ewa’s basement apartment was in an absolutely beautiful location. Spacious is an understatement. The place was clean and welcoming and a great place to come back to each night while in town for a festival at Sandy Point State Park. For those looking to cook there is no stove and the fridge is small but if you are eating out and enjoying takeout or snacks this is not an issue at all. It wasn’t for us. Would love to return.

We were in town for Plebe Parent Weekend and this was a perfect place to stay. 15 min drive to The Yard and plenty of space to spread out and allow our Plebe to relax. Would stay here again!

Lovely stay!

Hi, I'm Ewa! I moved to Cape St. Claire from Poland over 30 years ago and have been enjoying this amazing area ever since. I'm fortunate enough to have been able to raise my family and work in this beautiful private community for so long. My family and I enjoy gardening, cooking and entertaining and decided to turn our love for hospitality into something we could share. I love traveling and exploring new places and love being able to share my beautiful neighborhood with others. I would love to have you as my guest so you can experience all that Cape St. Claire has to offer!

We moved to this neighborhood of Cape St. Claire 32 years ago. We absolutely loved everything about leaving here. The community is safe, quiet and people are very friendly.
I think you will love the location of our home as it sits on a very quiet street and only one block from the community private sandy beach. We are also only 5 miles away from the United States Naval Academy and Downtown Annapolis!

Our house has a very large .75 acre flat, beautifully landscaped front and back yard for sunny summer days. We also have beautiful neighborhood private beach, children's playground and a picnic area all within 0.3 miles and quick 5 minuets walk. Our neighborhood shopping center is just 3 minuets drive and has everything you will need (grocery, beer and wine store, pizza place, restaurants, coffee shop, breakfast, Rita's Italian Ice, pharmacy) and many more.
