SHORT TERM LEASES AVAILABLE IF NEEDED! SPARKLING CLEAN!! You will love your peaceful getaway at Piedmont Palace! Guests have a private entrance accessed through the back yard. Concierge service available for your luggage upon request until sidewalk is complete. Come relax on the patio and enjoy the fire pit. We are kid friendly and have a trampoline and swing in the back yard as well as a playground and basket ball court in our neighborhood just a few blocks away. We are located just 5 minutes from I-70 and 63 and less than a 10 minute drive to MIZZOU, University Hospital, and downtown. You will enjoy your stay and have the complete lower level of our home with your own entrance and keypad. We live upstairs but try to keep the noise to a minimum. Guests have access to a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and assorted glassware. The kitchenette is stocked with a wine opener, can opener, coffee cups, wine glasses, beer mugs, and silverware, so guests are able to prepare food and drinks. Piedmont Palace provides coffees, creamers, snacks, and drinks. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom with ample closet space, a ceiling fan, a tabletop fan, hangers, and a dresser. An ironing board and iron are available as well. Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available. There is a twin size bed, too! We also offer 2 BRAND NEW queen air Mattresses with built-in pumps. We offer extra bedding, as well. Cozy up in front of the fireplace with one of the many comfy throws while accessing Netflix and Disney+ on our flatscreen TV. Wi-Fi is available. Very lovely property, pictures are accurate and home was great for 4 women on their annual trip for an MU game. Everything was really done and very comfortable, we did not need anything during our 2 day stay, would stay again.

Lots of pros: Very clean overall, thoughtful wet bar options, spacious sitting and gaming area, updated decor throughout, very comfy new couch, large TV, and owner is ultra-quick to respond. Just a few call outs that could be an issue for older guests - grassy sloped walk to back yard. No self control thermostat - temps are changed via texts to owner. One private bedroom with Queen, the twin is in a common area.

Beautiful home that was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Bed was really comfortable -- I slept great! Based on the description, I had anticipated this property would be a little closer to the Mizzou campus, however the 13-minute drive (no traffic) wasn't bad at all. I appreciated a place to park and the drive was easy. Location is in a nice, quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

We had a very good experience with our stay. We did have to caught our trip short due to reasons that had nothing to do with the property. The only thing i would mention is some type of walk way would be great especially when it is wet out. It did rain so trying to navigate the back yard so you were walking in mud was a little tricky, but doable.

Nice home, very clean, a safe and quiet neighborhood. Owners even had snacks, coffee, creamer and drinks available. We will stay here again!

Very clean and updated. The bed/bedding was sooo comfortable and the Ms. PAC MAN was a huge hit! Check in was easy, host was very responsive with communicating, all the comforts of home and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Check in and out times can be flexible if requested in advance. The property is quiet, clean, and comfy! Fireplace, games, arcade game, foosball, large TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc. Bar area, dining space, 2 NEW air mattresses for additional guests. Plenty of clean linens and throws. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Fans, heaters, pack and play all available.
