Welcome to 155 Seawood Dr, Stanley Bridge

Nestled on a tranquil waterfront lot in Seawood Estates, this charming cottage offers the perfect retreat. Just minutes from Cavendish, you’ll enjoy access to stunning red sand beaches, fine dining, world-class golf courses, and endless activities for all ages.

Inside, the open-concept living area features a fully-equipped, high-end kitchen with a propane stove, a cozy dining space for six, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. The space also includes a mini-split system for both heating and cooling.

On the main level, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom that has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and a walk-in shower. Additionally, second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a luxurious full bathroom with a premium shower.

Upstairs, the loft area is perfect for extra relaxation, with a pullout sleeper sofa and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The third bedroom, also with a queen-size bed, offers a peaceful retreat, and a half bathroom adds extra convenience. An additional A/C unit ensures comfort throughout.

Step outside and enjoy the private backyard with breathtaking water views. The deck features an outdoor dining table and Adirondack chairs—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of adventures. For easy access to the water, a private pathway leads to the Seawood Estates’ exclusive steps, just a 5-minute walk away.

This was a wonderful setting as advertised. Excellent location. Close to a lot of major attractions. The property was wonderful. It was well equipped and comfortable. Great yard and views from the deck. Clearly this is a special place. Our family of 5 and 3 generations had an amazing time on beautiful PEI!!

A Wonderful Family Vacation Stay!From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled to see that the house matched its listing perfectly. With its warm and inviting décor, we felt right at home from the very first moments.The house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It’s incredibly spacious, with high ceilings that create a wonderful sense of openness, and the water view is simply stunning. The home is cozy, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the amenities offered, including multiple bathrooms, one of which is conveniently attached to the master bedroom.The only suggestion we’d offer for improvement would be direct water access, which would make this already fantastic property even better.We had a memorable week with our family and would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay at your property! It was our first time travelling with our kids (5 yrs and 10 mos), as well as both sets of grandparents. The property allowed all of us to have our own areas while still keeping us together. Great location and home base for us as we made day trips out to different areas of the Island. AC made the space a great retreat after a warm day. Amazing wildlife sightings, including three bald eagles, a heron eating and more! My only comment would be that with the property advertised to sleep 8 it would have been nice to have 8 actual dining chairs. We brought in a folding chair from outside and it was fine. Also note for parents that advertised “travel crib” is a pack and play - great condition and clean! Fit well in primary ensuite. Host provided prompt response to our questions both before we arrived and while there, and even came to visit to ensure we got what we needed. We ventured down to the park at the end of the street to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

Island Retreat

Great location for families. Close to beautiful beaches, family attractions and family dining options. The cottage provided all amenities and then some. Lots of cutlery, plates and utensils for entertaining families and friends. Bedding and bathroom towels, etc were in good supply. Sunsets over the bay were a nightly treat. We totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Great location. Modern, comfortable cottage

My family, with two active boys, enjoyed our stay in Stanley Bridge at the Seabreeze. The cottage, in a superb location, is gorgeous- spacious and well laid out - it met all our needs. There is a beach nearby but it is rocky- more for the view than a swim. The communication with the property manager was prompt and always helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Very inviting home

The house was immaculate and offered many extras. The kitchen was new with everything you would need. The deck offered wonderful views. We were very comfortable and visited somewhere different each day. There were numerous places to visit/explore close by. This is a special place to stay. We fell in love with PEI.

Stanley Bridge Seabreeze

Well appointed, beautiful home, furnishings are lovely giving you the total beach house vibe. The bathrooms are gorgeous, including the soaker tub. The kitchen is stunning and great to cook up a delicious fish dinner, including the lobster pot. The view is beautiful and the location is close to everything the island offers: the beach, great shopping and golf. Highly recommend this amazing home.

We had a lovely stay. We were a group of 6 adults (2 couples and 2 singles) and were very comfortable. The location was lovely on the water. The water can be accessed down the road. My husband went in once. It was very shallow. If you are looking for a beach stay, this isn’t the place. We didn’t mind though, we enjoyed the view and the breeze and there were plenty of outdoor games. We had enough space to lounge, eat and get ready for rounds of golf. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to Stanley Bridge Hall, Cavendish Beach, Avonlea and many golf courses! We would go back again. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing stay for family vacation!

My husband, toddler, 7 month-old and I stayed at this property for 2.5 weeks for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience! The cottage was spacious, clean, and had absolutely everything you need to be comfortable (art supplies/games for kids, plenty of beach & shower towels, cleaning supplies, outdoor games, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds...). The property has a nice grassy area for kids to play and a beautiful view of the bay. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the backyard each night! The neighbourhood is quiet and has access points to a rocky beach & stunning lookout areas. The cottage is a short driving distance to sandy beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. Altogether we had the most memorable vacation and would highly recommend this property!

Cottage stay

The cottage is overall very nice and very well stocked. However this should not be considered a 3 bedroom but a 2 bedroom in the summer as the the upstairs has no AC or ventilation system and is literally boiling in hot weather. The 3rd bedroom is therefore completely unusable. There is 1 AC unit located downstairs and even keeping it on all day, it doesn't manage to get the upstairs to a comfortable temperature. So overall a nice cottage but very expensive for what is essentially a 2 bedroom in hot weather.

Property Management Company addressing problems

The house was as advertised with a pretty setting on the water. We enjoyed use of outdoor games like croquet. It is my understanding that PEi does not use a lot of AC and is still recovering from a hurricane over a year ago. Having said that we encountered a couple of problems with working fans and being able to sleep comfortably. In one bedroom the fan was not working and the fan in the main living room was not working. We had the main AC unit on but the upstairs living area would not cool without the fan and the downstairs bedroom would not either. We checked in on Saturday and contacted the owner on Sunday. The owner sent their handyman lever who could not address either problem. We received an email that the handyman could not fix that the work needed to be done by an electrician and that they could not get one there this week - sorry. I messaged back this was not acceptable. I received a call from the owner of the property management company. He told me about PEIs impact form a hurricane over a year ago and how difficult it was to get trades in. I said I’m sorry about that but I paid a good amount of money to use the house for the week and expected things to be on working order. He then got an electrician in the next day who couldn’t fix either fan - and said they needed to be replaced. No one ever contacted me about this or offering any rebate/compensation for the inconvenience. Nice but not a well managed property.

We loved this house! Super clean and inviting. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. There were so many great little amenities- games, books and a gate for our 2 year old granddaughter to keep her out of the very nice loft! We really enjoyed our stay, the location is excellent and the view on the river is just beautiful. Thanks so much!

Beautiful waterfront cottage in Stanley Bridge. The cottage is clean and spacious. The kitchen has all of the required tools needed to create any meal. We were very comfortable at this property for our vacation. It is conveniently located near many of the popular tourist attractions on the island.

Great spot on the water, quiet, with a great kitchen. House was clean and well stocked for a week, we never had any issues of running out of dishes or towels. Cozy feeling but with room to spread out. Great central location to PEI. One of the neighbors leaves water out for a couple of local foxes, we enjoyed their company on a few morning walks. We also had an eagle perch in a tree on the property.

En fait, tout a été parfait globalement. Les lits sont extrêmement confortables. La fenestration est grande et nous permet d’apprécier l’environnement de l’intérieur.Une très belle qualité d’électroménager.Le positionnement géographique est superbe.On est jamais bien loin d’où on veut aller.Ce qui serait à corriger c’est de dire qu’il y a une plage privée à proximité.En fait, c’est pas un endroit où il fait bon aller.Un coin pour faire un feu à l’extérieur serait un bel ajout.Une balançoire pour adultes et enfants seraient une bonne chose.Pour le reste tout est ok.
