Eagles Landing - Lakefront 5 Bdrm with Lakeside Tiki Bar

This stunning high-end recently remodeled luxury home is perched above beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This home is designed to entertain your friends and family with an abundance of gorgeous living space!!

You will be impressed as you step into the inviting foyer leading into the beautifully appointed living room with a great view of the lake. This main level consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for four and the formal dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and will comfortably seat six. Take your coffee to the sunroom off the kitchen and soak in the lake views. You will also find the primary bedroom complete with a king size bed and a spacious adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double sinks. Enjoy peace and quiet in the private lake side sunroom off this lovely bedroom. Also on the main level is the laundry room, a half bath and a guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.

The lower level boasts a spacious family room with a large flat screen tv, 2 full size leather sofas, pool table, 12' shuffle board and a wet bar with full size refrigerator. The family room walks out to an expansive deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. There are 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is another primary suite with a king bed, adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sliding glass door that opens to the deck. Bedroom 4 also has a king bed and the 5th bedroom has two queen beds.

Make the most of the great outdoors and head down to the lake. You can lounge on the lakeside patio or play on the private dock with swim platform. New in 2023: a lakeside tiki bar, 2 kayaks and a water mat. The owner has a boat in the boat slip on the dock but you may tie up to the side of the dock. Sit back, relax and be on the lookout for a majestic bald eagle soaring overhead.

Pets welcome with a $200 non refundable pet fee.

Please note: The fireplace is non-functioning and the garage is not accessible. 5-7 cars will fit in the driveway. The driveway is steep as is the walkway down to the lake. NO trailer parking in the subdivision! Complimentary trailer parking about 4 miles from the house.

The house was wonderful and clean, bright and airy, had well stocked kitchen equipment for large families. Wonderful game room. Our only issue was taken care of immediately. Communication was excellent. While the listing reported how many steps to get back up from the lake, it was really understated. It’s a very steep climb, not easy with small children and all their equipment. The Tiki Hut saved us from having to haul life jackets, towels and noodles, and food up and down each day. Renting a golf cart from another business saved us the climb. We would absolutely do it, again!

Great stay!

Plenty of rooms and space and activities for everyone in my family. Kind of a hike to and from the dock but the beach bar and all the seating options by the water were great. Everyone throughly enjoyed our stay at the Eagle’s Nest!

This spot was wonderful! Hidden in the hills but still on the water. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Don’t let the 95 stairs to the bottom get to you because they are totally worth it!! The tiki hut and hangout spot were unlike other places I have been to in the Ozarks.

Lakefront family time

The home was a fantastic way to spend time with family. There were many things to do together at the property, games, kayaks, paddle board, lake time, and the tiki hut was a hit with the family. We would enjoy it again!

Great property!

We loved the property. Downfalls are the steep driveway and steep long staircase to get to lake. Hot water heater needs to be corrected. We took cold showers.

House and dock area were great. Unfortunately did not realize 94 steps to get down to dock. Several family members never got down to dock.

This home was everything we hoped for and more. It was beautifully maintained with plenty of space to rest, relax, and enjoy the stunning views of the Lake of the Ozarks. The house came fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some!The real highlight was the lakeside tiki bar. It was truly a game changer! With a ceiling fan, extra fridge, and electricity, it made spending the whole day by the water effortless and enjoyable. We didn’t have to run back to the house for anything—we had everything right there.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to come back!

The well stocked kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware and cupboard space, to prep, cook and serve the meals. We all enjoyed the game room. It kept us busy on a rainy day. As well as the big screen TV to watch football games.The oversized furniture upstairs and down was so comfy and gave all of us room to lounge. The beds were all comfy as well.The location is terrific and centrally located to all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

Perfect family vacation

Beautiful home with every amenity needed and so much more! The dock and beach area were great! My daughter and I went kayaking each morning. The boys loved fishing off the dock and hanging out in the little boat house. Dinner on the deck with the sunset. My husband is 2 weeks out from a knee surgery so he couldn’t get down to the lake but he very much enjoyed the house and it’s views.

Family Trip 2024

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The description and pictures of the house were accurate. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The basement and deck were wonderful. We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. It was really peaceful. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and gadget we needed. The beds were comfortable. Fair warning, the driveway is steep! It scared us a bit when we pulled in. We managed though, and there is additional parking along the road for at least 3 cars. It was also a long way down to the dock. The steps are steep, all 94 of them. We really enjoyed our stay though. The house and view of the lake were really beautiful.
