Book with confidence! This property is professionally managed by Ali'i Beach Rentals, an award-winning property management company.

Our newest Royal Garden Studio! Off the beaten path (yet close walk to everything), this ocean view condo is an end unit, and where you want to be! A sunrise view to start the day from the east mountains and Diamond Head in one suite, that stretches out past Ala Moana and West for postcard sunsets in another suite!! There is bathroom, lanai to relax, a small yet efficient kitchen, valet parking (for a fee), and did we mention the views? Bedroom overlooks the Ala Wai canal as well, where guests can watch the canoe races or stroll along the canal with the Ko'olau Mountains as a backdrop! Feel at home with central a/c, cable TV, and FREE high speed internet! It is a short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Ali'i Beach Rentals guests who stay at the Royal Garden at Waikiki, which is a Wyndham property, are invited to take advantage of the fitness center, relax at the outdoor pool & garden area after a full day of playing in paradise after registering with the front desk.

The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. You're a mere stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Lounge around and enjoy the panoramic ocean views, walk down the street to your favorite Waikiki restaurant, or spend a lazy afternoon just lounging on the beach. This location has it all!

Our stay was amazing. Bed was so comfortable and the location was great. So close to many shops, the beach, bus stops and restaurants. We loved the pool and the laundry room was very convenient.

Great stay at Wyndham Royal Garden

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property in Waikiki was one of the best I've stayed at. The 19th floor location provided great views of the Ala Wai canal and a peek of the ocean, and I was able to see the Friday night fireworks. The property was well maintained, with a beautiful lobby, smooth riding elevators, quiet and strong a/c, full kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. Perfect location to walk around Waikiki near Kuhio which was much quieter than busy Kalakaua. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Easy to walk to nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and smooth. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The AC does not cool down the room well so we did find it quite warm in the room. Overall we were really happy with the room, just wished the AC unit worked better.

Hawaii get away

The room accommodations were excellent. Location is perfect for walking to the beach and Waikiki. Boulevard nearby with continuous traffic heard when sitting on outside balcony.preferred a lanai

Better than a standard hotel

Room and facilities were clean and easy to access. The staff of the building were polite and helpful. Overall this was better than any resort I’ve stayed at in Waikiki. No hidden fees and everything up front. Love it
