Fantastically located studio on Seaside Ave boasts a private lanai overlooking the cityscape, tastefully remodeled kitchenette and living space and secured garage parking. Nestled between the famous Kalakaua and Kuhio Avenues, the Marine Surf is steps away from Waikiki’s plentiful shopping, restaurants, activities and beaches. This beautifully designed home is a quick walk to Waikiki Beach, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and palm-tree dotted Ala Wai Canal. Permit Number: 2211-CCH-0325
This home is a remodeled studio with a kitchenette, full bath, private lanai and garage parking for one vehicle. This unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available.
*Important to note* Exterior Concrete Repair & Painting Project starting on 10/27/25. Duration: approximately 6-12 months (weather & conditions permitting). Work hours: M-F, 8am-4:30pm (excluding weekends & holidays). Noise hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected). Outdoor lanai furniture will be moved inside during lanai repairs & contractors may secure lanai doors from outside (our unit is part of the 4/6/26-5/29/26 phase of the project, but this is an estimated timeline & subject to change). For safety reasons, the pool will remain CLOSED 24/7 estimated 4/6/26-5/29/26. Mahalo for understanding!
