This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

Need an early arrival or a later check out? Just send me a message and I’ll let you know what’s available, we can typically accommodate an hour or so one way or the other for a $20 fee. Anything more significant, and you should consider booking an extra day before or after your stay.

At first glance the building may fool you, but this isn’t just a doctor’s office. Your loft sits one flight up.

Here’s where you stand to the rest of DFW if traffic goes smooth: Dickies Arena, 3.2 miles—8 minutes. Fort Worth Convention Center, 1.5 miles—7 minutes. The Stockyards, 7 miles—16 minutes. AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, 16 miles—19 minutes. DFW Airport, 26 miles—27 minutes.

Stayed here when we went to a concert at Dickies Arena. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious! Easy to get to the Stockyards and arena! Right off the interstate and we were able to walk to some good restaurants too! Planning on staying here again when we head back to Ft. Worth area!

Perfect! My husband I are were in town for a conference and needed a place to make my own meals, do a couple loads of laundry and just relax after a long day. This place was only 12 min from our conference and just what we needed! Our late flight into DFW was almost 1 1/2 hrs late so we didn’t get in until 2am but the check in process went very smoothly. Also enjoyed the Stockyards while in town. So thankful for Andrew and this home away from home!

The unit was very clean, minus a few stains in the walls that 99% of people wouldn’t notice. I’m always super hesitant to stay anywhere that isn’t a hotel because I’m always scared of the units not being clean but this place was great. Check in was super easy, very comfortable, it really felt like you could relax. The location is great, I was super happy to find something so close to my family and 5-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to see.
