Just down the road from several beaches and historic Fort Pulaski, this beautiful home is available to give you the southern vacation of your dreams in Savannah, Georgia. Explore the beauty of the spanish moss, the cobbled streets, the fantastic shopping, and the incredible food! Play all day on the beach by participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, surfing, paddleboarding, deep-sea fishing, and so much more. Tybee Island is just a short drive away for a true surfing town experience!

Inside you'll find a bright interior with plenty of natural light, surrounded by lush greenery. The living area invites you in to lounge on the comfortable furniture and have a great conversation, or to watch a movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and picnics to take to the beach in the bright kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to maneuver about. Each bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a large TV mounted on the wall, as well as a lovely en suite bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Cute condo with great location

Will definitely consider staying again. Great location between Tybee Island and Downtown Savannah. The traffic at night can be a little loud for sleeping (specifically in the front bedroom) but that has nothing to do with the property itself. A very cute condo!

First Time With Vacasa was a Big Hit!

We found a great 2BR place with a full kitchen, living room and laundry room, 3 miles from Tybee Island and just a little farther the other way to downtown Savanah. We couldn't be happier!

I especially enjoyed the layout of the home. It is a 2 floor space with the bedrooms bath on the top floor. It is a good space to entertain guests.

Savannah visit

The condo was clean and as described. On a main road so front bedroom heard cars driving by but my friend likes white noise while she sleeps so it didn’t bother her. Easy ride to Savannah and close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again.

Nice Place

This was a spacious 2 bedroom in a convenient location between Savannah and the beaches. We wished the yard was fenced for our pooch but, that didn't result in a problem. There's a reasonable trail for walking accessible directly across the street. The kitchen is adequately equipped but, we were focused on the local gastronomic offerings. The beds are comfortable and have their own en suite. We enjoyed our stay.

Not too far from the beach in Tybee Island or Savannah. We took an Uber to Factors Walk in Savannah for ~$20. The Flying Fish Bar & Grill is less than a minute drive away and there’s mini golf. The duplex was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are bright in the morning so i wished there were blackout curtains.

Our short sweet stay

We just loved this place!! The little comfy condo had soft comfy beds. TVs for everyone, brand new appliances and a washer & dryer. Two thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. Just loved the way it was decorated. Such a sweet modern look. Not the best view outside but is definitely in the perfect location to the beach and to downtown

Good stay

Great stay, plenty of space. I felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler. Parking was convenient. I only stayed in one bed- bed was firm. Wifi worked well for work from home. Kitchen has all cookware but plan to bring spices/oils/coffee, etc. It was about 15-20 minute drive from downtown. My only complaint is there’s not much around to walk to and limited sidewalks. That’s not the house/stay fault of course.

Horrible!

We arrived and this house had not been cleaned. We tried contacting VACASA constantly for 2 days and they would tell us local support would contact us shortly yet that never happened. We ended up finding a hotel and they said they would try to request a refund but it’s not confirmed. Do not book with VACASA. This property was booked with VRBO and then was switched over to VACASA. It’s way more than just an unclean home, it is horrible customer service!!!

Cute but has some down sides.

Great location. Very clean. Very pretty. AC works fantastically. Beds are firm and comfortable. Lots of space down stairs. Dishwasher works. Complaints: The beach is NOT a mile away. It’s about 7 miles. Back door is held shut with a stick. WiFi wouldn’t run the TVs. Constant beep from alarm system. Very small parking area. If you have 4 full size vehicles it’s definitely going to be a challenge getting out because there is a pretty tree behind the last two spots. We did have a good time but if I’m going to pay over 400 dollars I would like to watch a movie after spending the day in the sun.

Great place but need updates

The place was amazing. Great location. Rooms were huge and bed was very comfortable. That being said there were some issues. the lock for back patio door was broken. It was blocked with wooden stick. I did reach out to customer service only to find out they were already aware. They wanted to come fix it while we were still there. I believe it should have been fixed before renting it out. One of the tv did not work at all. Seemed like the battery was out. When asked I was told that I should look through all the drawers and cabinets. There might be extra battery somewhere in the house. I really think they should fix all these issues before renting the place out.
