Luxury 4-6 Bedroom House with Movie Theater

Imagine vacationing in a stunning, 6,000 sq ft, newly renovated from top to bottom luxury home tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac.

This home is an easy commute right off the beltway 495 & route 66. Centrally located to all major DMV cities, minutes to Mosaic District, Tysons Corner, and only 15 minutes out of Washington DC!

This standard listing is for the main level (kitchen, living room, family room, patio, yard, and second floor - 4 bedrooms accommodating 14 guests (6 adults + children) and 2 full + 2 half bathrooms.

***Basement level can only be added on to reservations/NOT rented separately***

**The basement level can be rented out at an additional $100/night to extend the living space for even larger families/groups with an 8 person movie theater, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, an additional kitchenette (just sink, fridge, wine cooler) and living room. **

If you are interested in renting out the basement level, please let me know upon booking.

The property being rented is a Single Family Home, entire First & Second Floor with an option to rent out the basement/movie theater, an additional full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and living room.

The first floor has a formal dining, living room, family room with air hockey and foosball tables, kitchen, half bath, patio with covered area, 2 car garage - perfect for entertaining with family and friends after a long day out exploring the DMV area.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath.

Smoking is allowed OUTDOORS only.

There will be no hosts or others sharing the house being rented out.

Great spot!

This place was exactly as advertised with plenty of space! It is a beautiful home close enough to all Washington DC attractions! Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood.

Family reunion Annandale

Very good property, well located, safe quite neighborhood close to all amenities. The house is clean, well furnished , has all equipment you may need. The layout is excellent, every one felt its ease without walking on each other feet. We love the neutral tone of the house which brought a peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this location for your vacation.

Great large group home in Annandale VA

We had multiple family units for a family function. There was more than enough sleeping and gathering space. Chau was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very nice home, plenty of room

This was a great place to stay, with plenty of room. We had a group of 12 teens, and they all stayed together in the very large 3rd floor bedroom. Lots of room to spread out, clean, nice, and easy access to the highway to get to DC. Would totally recommend this house to anyone. Hoping it's available for when we need it in the future so we can rent it again.

Sister’s Trip

The house is very spacious with about 15 full size beds and 1 queen. There are bathrooms on every level of the house. The house was immaculate when we arrived, very clean and bright. The kitchen is big in the open floor plan. I did not care for all the uncovered windows on the first floor. They should have some kind of window covering as an option so people can cover the windows at night. Also the future on the first floor isn’t comfy enough, it’s like office waiting room furniture. The kitchen table chairs are not stable and sturdy enough. You can’t just relax with your legs up fully extended on ALL the sofas or curl up with both knees and feet up in the ALL chairs if you weigh more 100lbs and they’re not soft or full enough. There’s a lot of space between the wooden arms and the relatively thin seat cushion, that’s hard and uncomfortable. I know that my family came for a relaxing vacation but the furniture was hard and minimalist and that doesn’t work for older adults like us who are all in our 50’s. Otherwise everything else was EXELLENT!!!! A great value for your money.

Superb house!

This house met our needs perfectly...and we had 21 people! The location was safe and secure but just a short drive to the Metro so that we could get into the city easily each day. The house is absolutely beautiful, just as nice or nicer than the pictures. While there is a town house attached to the side of the property, we never saw or heard the tenants there. The owner communicated swiftly and helpfully. Thanks for helping us to make great memories with the students!
