Beautiful property and perfect for our family get-together. Nice large family room with open kitchen and dining so everyone can gather. Very responsive hosts who immediately responded to any questions! Would book this property again!

Great location, plenty of space indoors and out to relax, play games like cornhole or ping pong, sit in the hot tub or pool or around the fire pit.

Great time but shuffle board broke and hard to get cold plunge to work. But it’s a beautiful property and clean and owner was easy to contact for support.

Anniversary trip

We had a total of 14 people to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. It was perfect. Plenty of room, nice cool pool and beautiful scenery!!!

Beautiful Stay for a Family Reunion

We had a family reunion with our Mother (the 81 year old matriarch), her 2 sisters, 2 children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren (16 total guests). The Main House was very accommodating with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and we utilized the Guest House (3 beds, 1 bathroom, and living area), and the Studio Apt (1 bed, 1 bathroom, and full kitchen) for sleeping arrangements, as well. The gameroom was huge and we enjoyed game time out of the sun. The pool was very enjoyable and an absolute must in this Texas heat. We all loved our time together, cooking, eating, swimming, and visiting. The property is very welcoming with beautiful views of the hill country and wildlife. We enjoyed our views of the birds and wildlife while sitting around the huge dining table, which sat all of us. Thank you for creating such a lovely environment. We loved it and hope to return.

Fabulous Property

Legacy Ranch had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The main house is beautiful with a fabulous kitchen. We had everything we needed to fix meals and a beautiful, long dining table so that the whole family could gather together for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kids loved the guest house and swimming pool and we all enjoyed the game room. We had spectacular views from the front porch, especially at sunset! We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Amazing Property

The Property - Kevin's home is beautiful and very clean. My family (7 adults 2 kids) and I stayed here for a week and there was plenty of space. This property will fit a total of 6 couples and 4 kids comfortably. Even though it was a little chilly some of the days, the kids really enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. There is so much outside space. We hosted a BBQ (recommend Opies) and had a total of 22 people. Even though we didnt utilize this space, there is a flat part where you can set up a banquet tent. This is where we enjoyed the Solar Eclipse. The property is 10 acres and I think we walked almost every square foot of it. It was fun to explore. Nearby - This property is a close drive to some amazing places. We enjoyed 5 Souls Winery and Angels. For a little longer drive check out Spicewood Vineyards, their wine was delicious. Thank you Kevin for being an amazing host and I look forward to renting with you in the future.

Family spring break

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Every question and or trial we ran into were responded to very promptly and addressed! The host even dropped off some flowers mid way through our stay when they came out to help with something! Thanks for everything!

Great property

4 couples plus a couple of our teenagers stayed over Labor Day weekend. The property is as described/pictured. Lots of room for everyone. Very well stocked for a vacation rental (including lots of pool towels). The pool is fantastic. One of the AC units had an issue but the owner was very responsive and quickly had people out to resolve it. We would stay here again. Note - Frontyard Brewery and a winery are basically behind the property although you have to drive to get there but it is super close and a nice outing. There is also a taco truck just across Hwy 71 (not even a 5 min drive) called Ortega's which is really good.

Annual Family Vacation

Our group consisted of me, my wife, and our two adult daughters and their families. We chose this property due to its proximity to Austin, Lake Travis, and privacy. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable while also having space for privacy and for out 3 grand children to run and play without causing any damage. The temperatures while we were there were over 100 degrees everyday so the pool was phenomenal. The kitchen was well stocked. There are plenty of moderately priced restaurants nearby and the usual delivery services are available. The property managers were very accommodating and available to answer questions or resolve problems (we had an AC issue which they solved very timely). We can highly recommend this property for anyone needing space for a large family.

Perfect Thanksgiving family retreat...

Legacy Ranch is a beautiful property, extremely well furnished, stocked, and supplied and with all of the amenities any large family group could possibly require. There is a huge main house and two smaller homes, one with a first floor rec room housing a pool table and a shuffleboard table. Excellent TVs and outstanding WiFi throughout the property, which was great because the weather limited somewhat our outdoon and off-property opportunities. A special shout out to the kitchen/dining area which were the best of any short-term rental property we have ever selected. Easily accommodated 15 of us for all meal prep and meals. Also, the owners have invested in very high-end mattresses throughout the main house for a comfortable night's sleep - something you don't always find at a short-term rental. All in all this property was perfect for us and the grandkids are already asking if they can come back!

Perfect for large groups!!

This property is amazing for large groups. We had a group of 10 guys for a bachelor party and we barely wanted to leave the place. It has everything you would want in a vacation spot with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The check in process was easy as can be and the house was spotless. The pool area is incredible and the hot tub was brand new. The game room is very big with a pool table, ping pong table, and shuffle board. If you’re looking for a place to have a family reunion, bachelor party, or just a relaxing vacation, then this is the place you’ll want to stay!

Although it is conducive for large groups, noise travels easily in the area. Enjoy the property, just please be respectful and understanding to our neighbors by not having any loud music or noise outside after 10pm

The proximity and separate feature of the 3 structures provide a unique combination of togetherness and privacy. Each has its own kitchen areas, with the largest located in the main house. At the same time, you're only steps away from each other by way of the back patio area of the main house, where the jacuzzi and one of two firepits.
