Cozy Cottage in Quiet Saratoga Lake Village

Adorable two bedroom, one bath cottage is steps from Saratoga Lake. Inside is freshly painted w/ updated furnishings. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. Free Wifi, Netflix and Spectrum app for your use. Kitchen has range, full refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, and plenty of dishes and utensils.

Enjoy the gas grill for meals on the large picnic table. Two Window A/C units for comfort. Lawn space with firepit and room for lawn games. Parking space for 2 cars on the right side of the cottage.

No dock access, however we are steps from South Shore Marina where boat rentals are available. 1/2 mile to Brown's Beach where you can rent kayaks, floats, sunset cruises or just enjoy a day on the lake shore. Close to Historic Saratoga Race Track and Downtown Saratoga for great restaurants.

- Quiet Hours after 11 p.m. (Residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors)

- Parking includes the right side of the house on the lawn. (up to 2 cars) No parking is allowed on the back of the lot in the crushed stone area.

- Guests are not allowed on ANY of the private docks in the village.

-No smoking of any kind on the property.
