There is a private boat launch/ramp on the property, and a private pier. There is boat rental on site. The lake is a 972-acre lake, it has a maximum depth of 53 feet. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye. Soo much nearby to enjoy, like The Snowmobile Hall of Fame and Museum, Elmer's Fun Park, Yogapaddler, St. Germain Golf Club, and restaurants galore. Bond Falls is just about an hour away too. Property is on the ORV trails. For the months of June and July we rent the property by the week only, checking in and out on Saturdays.
