Welcome to the artsy neighborhood of Uptown St Pete and our resort apartments with their charming Key West style. Each of our units is themed with a Key West landmark in mind. Conch Shell has 2 bedrooms and is set in a lush tropical setting with unique furniture and decor and is ideal for a family or friends wishing to explore the sights and sounds of downtown St Pete. Close to the vibrant waterfront area and new Pier, the perfect place to stroll or bike and soak up the Florida sun!

Historic Uptown is a peaceful neighborhood embracing the arts and borders on one the hottest downtown areas in all of Florida. Beautiful tree lined avenues surround the apartment. On the eastern edge is North Shore Park offering swimming, tennis, bike trails and continuous sidewalks. Close by is Downtown St Pete and Central Ave where you can explore the vibrant boutiques and galleries and experience the local food and drink scene.

Wonderful stay

Great location and clean. Outdoor space was quaint and lit up nicely at night. Very responsive team with all questions and requests. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Very quiet. We had a great stay. Excellent location and clean. Close to everything and close to family. I loved the courtyard it was a great place to hang out. I would definitely recommend to all to stay here.

Sweet apartment!

This property was so cute. Very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for two friends getting away for a few days. The property manager was very helpful, and responded quickly, when we had questions. The off street parking was a bonus. Would considered staying here again.

Cozy place!

My parents and I had a wonderful, peaceful experience at the Conch Key. The place is exactly as the pictures shown and the check-in process is easy. Shaun is very attentive and fast communicator. The bed is excellent and the shower pressure is great. I forgot to bring coffee and the apartment had many varieties. Delicious! Safe and quiet neighborhood, very well located place in Saint Petersburg. Walking distance to a gas station if late snacks are a must have. Overall, we had a blast and will definitely recommend and come back when visiting again!

Charming & cozy!

What an amazing stay we had! Before even checking in I was excited due to the great communication. They ensured we were comfortable and tended to things that we mentioned to them as a heads up. Any time I had a question it was answered promptly and I felt like a VIP guest! Karen showed us around all of the different places in their area that we could rent because we were trying to plan for our next visit, they were all so carefully and thoughtfully staged. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. I could also tell that she loves what she does and has a customer first mentality. Thank you all for a great stay, we WILL be back!

Great, peaceful, Little Hideaway. Hidden Gem

We were attending the Juniors ISCA Swim Meet this property was just over a mile from the Pool. Just far away from all of the hustle and bustle but yet walking distance from anything else you need or want to do. Great if you are on a budget, you can shop for some grocieries and prepare minor meals on the property. There is a seperate washer/dryer area that uses an App and actually credits you one free wash and dry when downloading the App for first time. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Another bonus was having our own Parking! Trust me its valuable in that Area! Hope to stay their again in the future! Anderson's

Great location & nice ‘photo’ location

We loved the vibrant backdrop for photos of my daughter’s wedding party hair & makeup session. This was the main reason we chose this unit. The location was nice - a bonus near Crystal Lake with a nice walk path & we loved the courtyard for our unit. Negatives - the cleanliness was superficial - lots of dust beneath the beds & behind the dressers. Some mold & spots that couldn’t be washed off in bathroom - could use a paint touch up. Would have been convenient to have more than one trash bag per unit & also a detailed checkout list.
